DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a patterned substrate used in the production of food products such as confectionery, agar, kamaboko, etc., which has an uneven pattern formed on the surface or with different materials of different colors or materials embedded in the surface. The details will be explained next.

As shown in Fig. 1 A and B, in order to manufacture foods such as confectionery, agar, and kamaboko, which have uneven patterns 1 embedded on the surface or embedded in the surface made of different materials or different colored materials, conventionally, the pattern shape is formed on a wooden board. is engraved to form a patterned substrate, and a material different from the base material 2, such as confectionery, is filled into the patterned recesses of the patterned substrate, and after removing the remainder, the base material 2 is placed, the substrate is removed, and the material is cut and steamed. ,
It is made by applying a finishing process such as overlay 3.

The biggest drawback in the above manufacturing method is that a wooden board is used as the patterned substrate. That is, since the pattern formation was done manually, it was almost impossible to create large patterns suitable for mass production, and it was also very difficult to form thin continuous patterns. Therefore, the present invention provides a substrate that can be mass-produced and that allows continuous patterns to be easily formed in the above-mentioned food manufacturing process.

The patterned substrate of the present invention has a concave pattern formed on a glass plate, and a convex or concave pattern formed by copying the glass plate onto a silicone resin or other suitable material using the glass plate as a base. The concave pattern 5 is formed on the glass plate 4 by a combination of a conventionally known resin mask and sandblasting relief. That is, using a resin that has a photosensitive reaction as the resin to be masked, optically processing it with a patterned film to form a photosensitive area and a non-photosensitive area, removing the non-photosensitive area to form a resin protective plate, and using the protective plate. The surface of the glass plate 4 is coated and blasted to form a concave pattern on the surface of the glass plate 4. When a convex pattern is required, it is sufficient to use the glass plate 4 as a base and transfer it to a silicone resin, etc. However, since a glass plate is inconvenient to handle, such as damage, it is necessary to transfer it to a resin plate. It may also be used as a patterned substrate.

Therefore, the present invention uses a glass plate or a resin plate as the pattern substrate instead of the conventional wooden substrate, and is suitable for mass production as it is easy to produce large pieces or continuous patterns. It has also become possible to produce food.

As mentioned above, by utilizing the relief glass production technology used for decoration and applying it to patterned substrates for food products, the problems of patterned food production that have not been solved in the past can be solved at once. It is.
