５図はローリングピストン式回転圧縮機の圧縮開
始角と圧縮室容積との関係の代表例を示す曲線図
、第６図は従来例に係わるローリングピストン式
回転圧縮機の横断面図である。 １はシリンダ、２はクランク軸、３はローリン
グピストン、５は吸入口、１４は長溝部、１９は
段差部。なお、図中、同一符号は同一または相当
部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シリンダ室を画定する壁部に、吸入口に連
通し且つ圧縮要素の回転方向に沿つて該シリンダ
室に開口する冷媒ガス逃し通路を設けたことを特
徴とするローリングピストン式回転圧縮機。 (2) 壁部を、シリンダの内径部と、該シリンダ
の各開口端を閉塞する各サイドプレートの該シリ
ンダ側端部とから構成し、冷媒ガス逃し通路を前
記各サイドプレートのうち少なくとも一方に溝と
して形成したことを特徴とする、実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項に記載のローリングピストン式回
転圧縮機。 (3) 壁部を、シリンダの内径部と、該シリンダ
の各端部に接合されてその各開口端を閉塞する各
サイドプレートの該シリンダ側端部とから構成し
、冷媒ガス逃し通路を、前記シリンダの内径部に
おける前記各サイドプレートの少なくとも一方の
前記シリンダ側端部との接合側部分に段差部とし
て形成したことを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項に記載のローリングピストン式回転
圧縮機。 (4) 吸入口から圧縮要素の回転方向に沿つた、
冷媒ガス逃し通路の配設範囲を、ベーンから６０
°以上としたことを特徴とする、実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項〜第３項のうちいずれか１項に記
載のローリングピストン式回転圧縮機。
