ープの斜視図、第６図は従来の光センサの斜視図
、第７図は従来の光センサの構成説明図、第８図
は第６図のＡ―Ａ断面図、第９図は従来の光セン
サの装着断面図、第１０図は固定テープの斜視図
である。 図において、１はフイルム基板、２は発光素子
、３は受光素子、６は透光フイルム、１０は発熱
体パターン、１１は断熱材、１２は測温素子であ
る。なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分
を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被験体の一方の側から他方の側へ光を透過させ
    、この透過光の前記被験体による吸収の大きさの
    変化を検出するためのものであり、屈撓自在なフ
    イルム基板表面に前記被験体の大きさに対応した
    所定の間隔に発光素子および受光素子を配置する
    とともに、該発光素子および受光素子を覆うよう
    に透明かつ屈撓自在な透光フイルムを前記フイル
    ム基板に貼着してなる光センサであつて、 前記フイルム基板表面に被験体の温度を測定す
    るための測温素子を配置し、 前記フイルム基板裏面に前記被験体を温めるた
    めの発熱体パターンを取付け、 さらに、前記被験体を保温するための断熱材を
    前記発熱体パターンの上に積層してなる光センサ
    。
