状態を保持する為のロツク機構を左右ハンドル部
材間に設けると共に、直線運動を回転運動に変換
する変換機構を設けて、ロツク機構と変換機構と
を操作することによつて線材を捩るように構成し
た点にある。

換機構13を取付けた固定枠14を、一方のハン
ドル部材2の握持部12の内方に突設し、該固定
枠14に、他方のハンドル部材6の握持部15の
内方に突設した鉤状の係止突片16を係止するよ
うに構成されている。具体的には、変換機構13
を構成する筒体17に係止部材18を外嵌状に取
付け、スプリング等の弾発部材19にて筒体17
の長手方向に弾発付勢され、ロツク状態を解除し
た状態では第3図のように固定枠14の開口部2
0を開放状としている。そして、握持部12,1
5を強く握ることによつて、握持部12,15の
弾性を利用してハンドル部材2,6の保持部4,
