(2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置
において、第１吸盤と第２吸盤とに第１の管体を
嵌合し前記第１管体の両端部にナツト部材を螺着
して前記第１吸盤と第２吸盤を一体的に係着する
と共に、前記第１管体に第１の吸引機構を接続し
、一方、第１吸盤に第２の管体を装着して前記第
２管体に第２の吸引機構を接続してなる吸盤装置

において、第１吸盤と第２吸盤とを同心的に配設
し第１吸盤のワークに接する円形状の端部を第２
