図において、１は欠陥検出装置、２は基準信号
発生回路、３は磁気媒体、３―１〜３―ｎは欠陥
部、４は書込み部、５は読取り部、６は欠陥検出
回路、７は遅延信号形成回路、８はシフトレジス
タ、９は制御部を示している。

き込む書込み部４と、前記磁気媒体に書き込まれ
たパルス信号を読み出す読出し部５と、該読出し
部５で読み出されたパルス信号に重畳する磁気媒
体の欠陥信号を検出する欠陥検出部６とを備えて
