In recent years, as the application of electronic control circuits to home appliances has progressed, application has also begun to high-frequency heaters (hereinafter abbreviated as high-frequency heaters) equipped with heating means such as electric heating devices. When the high-frequency heater is used as an electric heating device, the temperature inside the cooking chamber becomes high, so that the ambient temperature throughout the interior of the main body increases. Generally, the upper limit of the operating ambient temperature for semiconductor elements used in electronic circuits is 75°C. Therefore, in order to apply an electronic circuit to the above-mentioned high-frequency heater, the mounting part for the parts constituting the electronic circuit (hereinafter referred to as a printed circuit board) must be as described above.
Must be below 75℃. Generally, a printed circuit board is attached to an operation panel. Conventionally, in order to cool the printed circuit board below the temperature limit, a magnetron cooling fan using high frequency waves during cooking is also used when the electric heating device is used to cool the printed circuit board. However, two new problems arise with this method. First, during high-frequency heating, it is necessary to introduce cooling air from a magnetron into the cooking chamber in order to prevent fogging of the glass in the door's transparent window inside the cooking chamber and to ventilate the interior of the cooking chamber. However, when using an electric heating device, the inside of the cooking chamber must be heated to a high temperature, so cooling air cannot be introduced into the cooking chamber. Switching is required. Conventionally, a shutter was installed in the duct that introduced the magnetron's cooling air into the cooking chamber, and the shutter was driven by a servo motor or solenoid to switch the exhaust path. The second problem is that when the operation panel is cooled, it is also cooled from outside the cooking chamber, so in order to improve efficiency when using the electric heating device, insulation material is pasted around the entire circumference of the cooking chamber. must be improved. As described above, relying on a cooling fan to cool the operation panel when the electric heating device is in use has the disadvantage of resulting in a very complicated and expensive configuration.

Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and an object of the present invention is to provide a high-frequency heater with a simple structure, low cost, and high reliability.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In Figures 1 and 2, a machine room housing oscillation devices such as a high voltage transformer 2 and a magnetron 3 is provided on the right side of the cooking cabinet 1, and an operation panel 4 is attached to the front of the machine room. . A printed circuit board 5 is attached to the operation panel 4, and an exhaust hole 6 is provided in the upper part of the printed circuit board 5. In FIG. 3 showing a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the exhaust hole in FIG. 2, the exhaust hole 6 is covered with a guard 7 formed integrally with the operation panel.

Outside air is introduced through the intake hole 9 provided in the bottom plate 8, flows over the surface of the printed circuit board, and is discharged through the exhaust hole 6 while cooling the surface of the printed circuit board. With this configuration, the flow of air near the operation panel is improved, and outside air is constantly introduced without stagnation of hot air, thereby effectively cooling the printed circuit board. Additionally, the steam generated in the cooking chamber leaks into the machine room during cooking, but by providing the exhaust hole 6, the steam can be quickly discharged to the outside, and the steam that adheres to the operation panel 4 and the printed circuit board can be prevented. It is possible to reduce the size and improve reliability. On the other hand, in high-frequency heaters that utilize electronic control circuits, piezoelectric buzzers and the like are often used to notify when the cooking time is over. Therefore, by providing the exhaust hole 6 as in the present invention, it is possible to notify the outside of the buzzer with a louder sound. In addition, since the guard 7 is provided, even if the operation panel 4 is accidentally splashed with water or wiped with water for cleaning, water will not enter the interior and prevent malfunction of the printed circuit board. Even reliability has been improved.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment. An intake hole 10 is provided on the lower end surface of the operation panel 4. With this configuration, the intake air is connected to the printed circuit board 5.
This allows the printed circuit board 5 to be cooled more effectively.

Other embodiments are shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. The operation panel 4 is covered from the machine room side only on three sides, top and left, by a box-bent metal plate 11.
With this configuration, the operation panel 4
A duct is formed between the cooking chamber 1 and the metal plate 11.
The air heated by the heat of the exhaust hole 6 due to buoyancy
The duct is well ventilated and the ventilation inside the duct is improved, and outside air can be strongly sucked in through the intake holes provided on the bottom plate and the lower end surface of the operation panel, providing the same effect as a chimney. This allows for more effective cooling of the printed circuit board. Furthermore, by covering the operation panel 4 with the metal plate 11 in this manner, the printed circuit board 5 can be shielded from radio waves leaking from the attachment portions of the cooking cabinet 1 and the magnetron 3, thereby preventing malfunction of the equipment. This can further improve reliability.
