面に付着する固形の摩擦軽減材をほぼデイスクロ
ータの半径方向に沿つて延びる姿勢で支持させる
とともに、その摩擦軽減材を前記摩擦面に向かつ
て付勢する付勢手段を設けたことを特徴とするデ
