Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove an automatic air venting device from the top of an air cushion chamber and lower the overall height by forming an air cushion chamber for the purpose of an air storage connected with an exhaust pipe on the side of the top of a large diameter pipe-shaped cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A main body 11 is formed with a pipe-shaped cylinder having a larger diameter than that of a connected piping and closed at front and rear with a front plate 12 and a rear plate 13 respectively. A water supply pipe 14 is fixed above the axis of the main body 11 on the front plate 12, while a water treatment pipe 15 is fixed below the axis of the main body 11 on the rear plate 13. An inlet opening 20 of an air cushion chamber is bored on the upper face of the main body 11 closer to the rear plate 13, and an air cushion chamber 16 is formed surrounding said opening 20. An exhaust pipe 18 is continu ously connected laterally on an adequate position of the side plate 21 to form an air storage 16a on a position higher than the inlet of exhaust pipe 18. At the end of the exhaust pipe 18, an elbow is connected through a valve, to which an automatic air venting device 19 is installed.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, this type of steam/water separation device has a water supply pipe 4 connected to the front plate 2 of a pipe-shaped cylindrical body 1 having a diameter larger than that of the water supply pipe, and a water discharge pipe connected to the rear plate 3, as shown in FIG. A pipe 5 is connected to the main body 1, and an air cushion chamber 6 is attached to a part of the upper surface of the main body 1. It is fixed perpendicularly to the periphery of the chamber entrance hole, and an exhaust pipe 8 extending through the top plate 7 and extending into the air cushion chamber 6 is fixed to the top plate 7 fitted to the upper end of the pipe-shaped cylinder. An air reservoir is formed between the pipe-shaped cylinder and the exhaust pipe 8, and an automatic air regulator 9 is provided at the upper end of the exhaust pipe extending outside the air cushion chamber.
It is configured to be installed and exhaust air.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As mentioned above, the conventional steam/water separator has a vertical pipe cylinder mounted on the top surface of the main body 1, an exhaust pipe extending vertically upward from the top plate, and an automatic air Since the air pressure device is attached, the vertical height from the bottom of the main body to the exhaust pipe section of the automatic air pressure device becomes considerably large, with small models reaching 500 m and large models reaching 1,300 m. . However, since various pipes, ducts, etc. are arranged in the machine room where the present device is installed, the large height poses a significant obstacle to the arrangement of the pipes.

Therefore, the present invention aims to reduce the height from the bottom surface of the main body to the automatic air evacuator as much as possible, thereby reducing obstacles to the pipe arrangement.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has a main body which is a pipe-shaped cylinder having a larger diameter than a water supply and drainage pipe, and has a water supply pipe on its front plate and a drainage pipe on its rear plate. In a steam/water separation device in which an air cushion chamber is connected to the top surface of the main body, an exhaust pipe is connected to the side of the air cushion chamber, and an air pocket is formed in the air cushion chamber. A water separation device is provided.

[Function] The air-water separation device of the present invention is installed in a part of the circulation pipe of an air conditioning equipment or hot water supply system, and the fluid pumped from the water supply pipe by a pump or the like flows into the main body and is discharged from the drain pipe. However,
When fluid flows into the main body, which is a pipe-shaped cylinder with a diameter larger than that of the water supply pipe, the fluid flowing in in a turbulent state expands at once and is also cushioned by the air reservoir in the air cushion chamber, so that the turbulent fluid The flow is rectified, and the gas unstablely dissolved in the water becomes bubbles and floats to the surface.

In the device of the present invention, an air cushion chamber attached to a part of the upper surface of the main body is connected to an exhaust pipe on the side, and an air reservoir is formed in the air cushion chamber, so that the fluid flowing into the main body is A part of the air flows into the air cushion chamber, and the air that bubbles and floats is collected in the air reservoir, and the excess air is exhausted by an automatic air evacuator.

As mentioned above, since the fluid enters the main body and expands all at once, dissolved air in the fluid is eliminated, air lock contamination does not occur, and noise caused by fluid pulsation due to pump pressure is eliminated, resulting in piping. It is possible to form a uniform film on the inner surface, which is effective in preventing corrosion, and because there are fewer oxygen valves in the liquid, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of rust in the pipe line.

In the device of the present invention, the exhaust pipe is connected to the side of the air cushion chamber to form an air pocket inside the air cushion chamber, so the automatic air evacuator is installed at the same height as the air pocket. The height of the entire device can be significantly reduced.

[Effect] Conventionally, in this type of equipment, it was assumed that the automatic air vent should be placed above the air cushion chamber, which resulted in the overall height of the equipment being extremely large and the shape being extremely unstable. Although it was thought that it was unavoidable from a functional point of view even if it was difficult to handle, the present invention proposes a possible configuration in which the automatic air vent does not necessarily need to be placed above the air cushion chamber. Breaking away from stereotypes, we were able to select the position of the automatic air vent with some degree of freedom, and the overall height could be made significantly lower.
Even when the device is placed in a complex group of pipes, the device of the present invention can be placed easily.
