図、第３図イ及びロは、いずれも従来の液切れ検
出装置によつて液切れと判定されてしまう状態を
示す図である。 （主要部分の符号の説明）、１：潅流液、２：
液路、３，１３：検出部、４，１４：発光部、５
，１５：受光部、６，１６：増幅回路、７，１７
：比較回路、８：ＡＮＤ回路。

Claims (1)
- 液路の液切れを検出するための液切れ検出装置
において、液路に所定の間隔をおいて少なくとも
２個の検出部を設け、全ての検出部が同時に液切
れと判定された場合のみ液切れ信号を発生させる
ことにより検出精度を高めたことを特徴とする液
切れ検出装置。
