Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the mechanical strength of a connected part by firmly adhering a soldered part by fusing solder by a method wherein, after the terminal electrode of a leadless capacitor and a connecting terminal are bridged using a rod-like conductor on which cream solder is coated in advance, the above-mentioned material is heated up. CONSTITUTION:On a conductor 10, cream solder 10b is coated on the metal member 19a having rod-like cross-section, one end part of the conductor 10 is placed on the terminal electrode 4a (or 4b) of a leadless capacitor 4, and the other end of the conductor 10 is placed on a connecting terminal 2. The terminal electrode 4a (or 4b) of the leadless capacitor 4 and the connecting terminal 2 are adhered by soldering using the cream solder 10b fused by heating the conductor 10. Thus, the cream solder 10b in fused by heating the conductor 10, it is turned to 10b, and a mechanically strong and secure connection can be maintained between the terminal electrode 4a (or 4b) of the leadless capacitor 4 and the connecting terminal 2. After the capacitor part is constituted as above, a magnetic core 6 whereon a coil 7 is wound on the upper part is fixed, and the inductor with a capacitor is formed.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As mentioned above, in the conventional inductor with a capacitor, the leadless capacitor, the capacitor, and the connecting terminal are electrically connected by conductive adhesive or welding. Adhesives have low heat resistance and may peel off and break due to the heat generated when soldering them onto a printed circuit board, or have weak mechanical strength against vertical movement or rotation of connection terminals, and laser beam welding. In this case, the connection between the connecting terminal and the end electrode of the leadless capacitor may be affected, such as incomplete welding due to misalignment, or melting of the non-connecting end of the connecting terminal in the case of resistance welding. had shortcomings.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention uses a bar-shaped conductor coated with cream solder in advance to bridge between the end electrodes of a leadless capacitor and the connecting terminals. After that, the cream solder is melted from one side by heating, and the parts are soldered and firmly fixed. With this structure, a connection part with high mechanical strength and improved heat resistance is obtained. .
