Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by providing code tracks for showing a detecting position and a metallic mold number on the surface of a metallic mold, and also providing a detector for reading those codes on a truck. CONSTITUTION:A track 32 which has recorded a code detecting position and a track 33 which has recorded a code of a metallic mold number are provided along the moving direction of a track 15 at a prescribed position of one side of the surface of a metallic mold 21. On the other hand, on the truck 15, two detectors 34, 35 of a metallic mold code are provided on the surface opposed to the track 32 and the track 33. When an injection molding machine indicates a code of a metallic mold to be used in the next time and a position number of a metallic mold custody shelf to the truck 15 in the course of a production, the truck 15 moves to a designated position. The detector 35 reads from the track 33 whether a custody metallic mold coincides with a designated metallic mold or not, receives its metallic mold to the truck 15, and carries it to the injection molding machine.
