Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、デオキ／リボ核酸塩類の水溶液に電解質を加
えて透明な水性のゲル状基剤を作り、これに通常使用さ
れる有用性のある化粧品用配合剤を加えた水性ゲル状化
粧料に関する。
化粧用ローションなど化粧水類の具備すべき条件として
は、１　皮フを刺激せず、安全性が高いこと。
２　容易に塗布でき使用感がよいこと。
３　質感があり、使用時無駄に流れ落ちたシしないこと
。
４、経時安定性及び温度安定性がよいこと。
しかし、これらの条件を７Ｒシシうる化粧品はほとんど
市販されていない現状である。
現在市販されている水性ゲル状化粧品は、界面活性剤を
多量に使用したもの、及び水溶性の高分子化合物を使用
したものが大部分である。
界面活性剤圀よってゲル化したものは、界面活性剤を多
量に必要とするため、皮フに対する刺激など安全性に間
槍があシ、また他の有効な配合剤の溶解、分散にも難点
がある。
一方、水溶性高分子化合物によりゲル化したものは、使
用感などに間顯が廚り、更に雷Ｍ’ｌｊ；ｉの滑入によ
り解膠１−舟ね、Ｆ）Ｉ域に制限があるなど、処方決定
の際に問題点が多い。
特に最近は、化粧水類に動植物基原の天然の高分子化合
物、例えばヒアルロン酸、コノドロイチ／硫酸など酸性
ムコ多糖類を含む抽出エキスや、水溶性タン白質、ポリ
ペブタイド、或いはステロイド化合物を含む植物抽出液
などを有用な配合成分として使用する化粧料が増えてき
ており、これら製品は比較的高価になるだめ、質感をだ
す必要があるが、水性のゲル状化粧料として製品化する
場合は、溶解性、分散性などで種々の問題点がある。
本発明者は、上記のような欠点をなくすべく研究した結
果、化粧用配合成分としても非常に有用なデオキ／リボ
核酸のアルカリ金属塩水溶液が塩化す）　ＩＪウムなど
の電解質により容易に透明で硬度が自由に調整できるゲ
ル状になることを発見し、これを基剤として酸性ムコ多
糖類など他の有用性配合剤を加えて製品化することに成
功した。
デオキシリボ核酸のアルカリ金属塩としては、通常ナト
リウム塩、カリウム塩が使用でき、水溶液の濃度は１０
〜１０％の範囲で、好ましくは３〜６％がよい。
また、電解質としては、塩化ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウ
ム、塩化カリウム、硫酸カリウムなどが使用できるが、
その他に化粧品用保湿剤として有用な乳酸ナトリウム、
ピロリドンカルボン酸ナトリウムなどのような有機酸ア
ルカリ金属塩類も艮好な凝固剤として使用できる。これ
ら電解質の配合量は０．１〜１０％であるが゛、好まし
くは０５〜５％がよい。
以上のようにして得られた水性ゲル状基剤に他の水溶性
或いは水分散性配合剤及び、化粧品に通常配合される防
フ剤、ＰＨ調整剤、香料、色素などを加えて製品化した
ものは、通常使用される化粧品のＰＨ域４〜８で極めて
安定なゲル状を呈し、皮フに塗布した際、刺激は全くな
く、使用感−１展着性もよ〈従来品の欠点を克服し得だ
化粧料を作ることができる。
次に本発明、水性ゲル状化粧料の処方例を示す。
配合割合は重量部である。
実施例１ デオキ／リボ核酸カリウムなＡ成分の４７［水に加え加
温攪拌して溶解し、これに塩化す）　ＩＪウムを加えて
均一に溶解させる。Ｂ成分を混合溶解した水溶液を作９
、両者を温時均一に混合し、放冷すると微黄色透明でＰ
Ｈ５の安定なゲル状化粧料が得られる。
パネルテストの結果、刺激がなく使用感のよい基礎化粧
料としての評価が得られた。
実施例２ 実施例１と同様にして透明なゲル状化粧料が得られる。
パネルテストの結果では、刺激がなく使用感のよい保湿
性の高い化粧料としての評価が得られた。
実施例３ 実施例１と同様にして透明なゲル状化粧料が得られる。
パネルテストの結果では、刺激がなく使用感のよい化粧
料としての評価が得られた。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. デオキ／リボ核酸のアルカリ金属塩１〜１０チ水溶液に
    水溶性の中性無機塩或いは中性の有機基などの電解質を
    ０１〜１０％添加してゲル化させることを特徴とする水
    性ゲル状化粧料。
