However, this tube with a receiving □ is manufactured by attaching a receiving □ forming mold onto a core mold during continuous manufacturing, so the outer surface shape of the receiving □ mold is kept in a predetermined and precise shape. It is difficult to do so, and it is necessary to carry out complicated post-processing to make the socket part have the predetermined inner dimensions and the desired inner surface condition. Furthermore, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 49-95218, there is known a completely manufactured flat tube in which a filament-wrapped socket is formed on one end of the tube.

However, when the above-mentioned devices are connected and used, when an external force is applied to the vicinity of the socket, the separation between the pipe and the socket is likely to occur, and water, etc. may gradually seep in from the end of the pipe, weakening the pipe wall. However, there was a drawback that stress was concentrated at the tube end and the tube end was easily damaged. The present invention was made for the purpose of solving the conventional drawbacks as described above, and

As described above, in the pipe with a receiver of the present invention, the outer circumferential surface and end face of the end of the pipe are covered with a molding material containing resin and a reinforcing material, and the end of the pipe is received on the side. Since a □ part is formed, when this pipe with a receiving □ is connected and used, when an external force is applied near the receiving □ part, the molding material formed on the end surface of the pipe plays the role of rib reinforcement and the receiving The □ part is deformed and the molding material becomes difficult to peel off, and the joint area is large enough to cover the end face of the pipe and the outer circumferential surface of the end. The end face is covered with molding material, so there is no risk of water seeping in from the end face of the pipe and weakening the pipe wall.
No damage to the connection parts. In addition, the method for manufacturing a pipe with a receiver according to the present invention includes: attaching a receiving mold having a small light part and a large diameter part to the end of the pipe by inserting the small diameter part into the inside of the pipe; A gap is formed between the end surface of the tube and the receiving mold, and the receiving □ is inserted from the outer peripheral surface of the end of the tube to fill the gap.
Since the molding material containing the resin and the reinforcing material is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the large diameter part of the mold, it is possible to reliably manufacture the characteristic pipe with the receiving □ as described above by a simple means. can.
