【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request] 出口側回路の開放により動作状態となる給湯器を具備す
る風呂革！こおいて、給湯器の出口側回路と、浴槽内と
を接続する浴槽給湯回路と、風呂釜と浴槽を継ぐ強制循
環回路と、該強制循環回路に挿入した循環ポレプと、浴
槽内と連通ずる部分に設けられそｅ水位を検知する水位
スイッチと、前記強制循環回路に挿入し且循環湯温を検
知する第１温度検知手段と、浴槽給湯回路の湯温を検知
す−る第２温度検知手段と、該第２温度検知手段の出゛
力により優先的に給湯器側のバーナの燃焼能力を制御す
る制御装置と、浴槽給湯回路に挿入した電磁弁とからな
り、浴槽水位が設定値に達した時点における上記水位ス
イッチからの出力により風呂釜及び循環ポンプが動作す
ると共に前記電磁弁が閉弁し、循環湯温か設定値に達し
た時点における第１温度検知手段の出力により前記風呂
釜が動作を停止し、この時点から一定時間経過時に循環
