In other words, the moment the recording switch was turned on, a value of approximately 90% of the steady value was output, and then it gradually increased and took a considerable amount of time to reach the steady value.

It had the following drawback.

The base bias level is set to be higher than the steady state for a certain period of time, and this makes the oscillation output thicker when the recording switch is turned on, making it possible to make the oscillation output steady for a certain period of time. .

たものである。With the above configuration, when the recording switch S1 is first turned on, the capacitor 16 is photoelectronized through the entire resistor 17. The charging voltage of the capacitor 16 is the Zener diode 14
The transistor 15 remains in a cut-off state until it reaches the sum of the Zener voltage of 1 and the base-emitter voltage of the transistor 16, and a high voltage is applied to the base voltage of the oscillation transistor 8 during that time, increasing the oscillation output. When the transistor 15 is turned on, the base voltage of the oscillation transistor 8 becomes a value clamped by the Zener diode 14 and becomes a steady value. A in FIG. 2 shows the oscillation output of that operation.
