弁体の弁軸方向の上下端面部に円形凹部を設け、この円
形凹部にその先端部を装入させた中空円筒状の軸受部材
を弁箱の軸受部内腔に嵌合し、この軸受部材の弁体と弁
箱の接合部における両弁座と対向する先端部に貫通溝を
設け、この貫通溝は弁軸と反対側に開口した開口部の横
幅が両弁座の対向端面の横幅より小さく、かつ該開口部
の両側端縁が閉弁時に両弁座の端面における両側端縁と
連接しないように形成されており、前記貫通溝に弁軸と
交叉する方向に弾性変位可能なシール部材を嵌装し、こ
のシール部材を閉弁時に弁軸と反、対価に弾性圧縮して
両弁座および前記弁体の凹部内側面に密着させ、かつ開
弁時に前記密着を解放する部材を弁軸又は弁体に設けた
ことを特徴とするバタフライ弁における弁軸軸受部のシ
