    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ディスクカートリッジを収納するカートリッジホルダと
    、前記ディスクカートリッジが排出可能となる位置へカ
    ートリッジホルダを付勢する弾性体と、ディスクカート
    リッジが排出状態にあるとき、前記カートリッジホルダ
    の移動力に抗してディスクカートリッジをカートリッジ
    ホルタ゛に抑圧して位置保持しにディスクカートリッジ
    の飛出しを阻止する保持手段とを備えていることを特徴
    とする記録再生装置。
