柱体の形成方法に係るものであって、その目的とすると

おこなわれることになり、予じめ地盤に孔をあけておい
てから固結用液を注入するような必要がなく、掘削と固
結用液を掘削土砂に混合して地盤に柱体を形成する作業
とが同時に行なえるものであり、さらには掘削軸を押し
下げていくに従って地盤の掘削及び掘削土砂と固結用液
との混合を同時に行なうことができ、掘削と固結用液の
混合の作業を別に行なう必要がなく作業を迅速に行なう
ことができるという利点があり、しかもビットの上方で
かつ攪拌翼の下方において固結用液を水平方向にジェッ
ト噴射せしめて掘削土砂を細剪断し、細剪断された掘削
土砂と固結用液とを上部の攪拌翼にて混合して地盤に柱
体を形成するので、下方へのジェット噴射及びビットに
よって掘削された掘削土砂が掘削機の下方への進入に併
って水平方向へのジェット噴射によって更に細剪断され
ると同時に攪拌翼にて細剪断された掘削土砂と固結用液
とが均一に混合されることとなり掘削軸を押し下げてい
くに従って固結用液の噴射による注入と攪拌翼による固
結用液と掘削土砂との混合を行なえ、地盤を掘削するた
めに掘削軸を押し下げていく作業の際に同時に固結用液
と掘削土砂との混合も行なえて作業を迅速に行なうこと
ができるものであり、またジェット噴射による掘削土砂
の細剪断作用と攪拌翼による混合作用によって、掘削軸
による掘削と同時に掘削土砂と固結用液とを均一に混合
することができて、細剪断された掘削土砂と固結用液と
が均一に混合されたフィルセメント乃至フィルアスファ
ルトセメント柱体を形成できるものである。
