Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は2連式チューブ容器の製造方法及びそのチュー
ブ容器に係り、更に詳しくはアルミニウムフィルムの表
裏両面にオレフィン系合成樹脂フィルムを積層してなる
多層アルミニウムフィルムを射出成形機用金型内にイン
サートして合成樹脂を射出することにより鍔と芯体とを
成形してなる連結仕切帯に前記連結仕切帯を介して夫々
合成樹脂製チューブ胴体の底部を接合し、高周波発生装
置を用いて高周波誘導により前記連結仕切帯の多層アル
□ニウムフィルムに内蔵するアルミニウムフィルムを発
熱させることにより連結仕切帯及びチューブ胴体を瞬時
に融着し2連式チューブを構成することを特徴としたチ
ューブ容器の製造方法及びその容器に関するものである
従来、底部シールに基因する単体形態のチューブ容器で
は中味を充填する中空部分を1個所以上設けることが出
来ない為に一種類の内容物しか収納出来ず、例えは化粧
品等を収納した場合には使用に応じて必要な種類の本数
を用意しなげればならず不便である欠点があった。
本発明に係る方法及び容器は従来の之等の欠点に鑑み開
発された全く新規な技術に関するものである。
図により本発明に係る方法及び容器についで説明すると
、第1図乃至第3図に於て、1は内部に凹所2を有する
連結仕切帯であって、アルミニウムフィルムaの表裏面
にオレフィン系合成樹脂フィルムb、cを夫々積層して
なる多層アルミニウムフィルム4を射出成形用金型内に
インサートし、合成樹脂を射出して外周面中央に鍔3と
内面に芯体5とを一体的に形成することによって構成さ
れている。
次に6は合成樹脂製のチューブ胴体であって、その上端
頭部には夫々合或樹脂製の首部7が融着され、更にこの
首部7にはキャップ8が螺合されて構成されている。
本発明に係るチューブ容器を構成するに当っては2本の
チューブ胴体6の底部を連結仕切帯1の周りに当接し、
その底部面が仕切帯1の鍔3に接触する如く深く嵌合し
、続いて第4図に示す如く、高周波発生装置9に連結さ
れたコイル10を前記連結仕切帯1及びチューブ胴体6
の底部の周りに配置し、この状態でコイル10から高周
波電流を流すことによって多層アルミニウム4に内蔵す
るアルミニウムフィルムaに誘導電流を発生させること
により急激な発熱をひき起してアルミニウムフィルムa
に積層された合成樹脂フィルムbを溶融させて同材質で
構成されたチューブ胴体6を完全に融着させて本願のチ
ューブ容器を完成せしめることが出来る。
本発明に使用される仕切帯1は第5図乃至第8図に示す
如く、種々の構造のものが使用可能である。
すなわち、第5図は多層アルミニウムフィルム4を金型
内にインサートして射出成形により鍔3を成形すると共
に、多層アルミニウム4に融着一体化させて連結仕切帯
1を成形したものである。
第6図は多層アルミニウムフィルム4を本願実施例と同
じく真空成形等により予めプレフォームし射出成形用金
型にインサートした後芯体5を射出成形して多層アルミ
ニウムフィルム4と融着させ、チューブ胴体6との融着
は内径面と底部の相方に行なったものである。
第7図は同様にプレフォームした多層アルミニウムフィ
ルム4を内面にインサート成形したものであり、チュー
ブ胴体6との融着は芯体5となる射出成形樹脂を酵融し
たもので芯体5の材質はチューブ胴体6と塑融する同系
統の樹脂で構成されている。
第8図は多層アルミニウムフィルム4を上下にインサー
トして射出成形により中間層の芯体5と一体化したもの
で、チューブ胴体6との融着は内径面となる。
本発明に係るチューブ容器は上述の如く、多層アルミニ
ウムフィルムで構成される連結仕切帯の周りに2本のチ
ューブ胴体の底部を夫々対応する方向から嵌合すると共
にこれ等を一体的に融着して構成したので、2本のチュ
ーブを一体的に連設して構成することが出来、従って夫
々のチューブに種類の異る内容物を収納し、かつ必要な
時に別別に使用することが出来、又チューブの底部は円
形、矩形、楕円形等にふくらんでいるので外観上体裁良
く、かつこの表面に多色印刷、ホットスタンプ、ホット
トランスファー等のデコレーション加工を施すことが出
来、更に連結仕切帯には上述の如り、アルミニウムフィ
ルムがインサートされているので、このアルミニウムの
作用によって高周波電光を流すと急激な発熱をひき起し
て連結仕切帯とチューブ胴体とを融着して2連式チュー
ブ容器を容易に製造することが出来、しかも連結仕切帯
にはアルミニウムフィルムが内蔵されている為に一方の
チューブに収納した内容物或は内容物の香料等が聞方の
チューブに浸入することを完全に防止することが出来る
等の特徴を有するものである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 アルミニウムフィルムの表裏両面にオレフィン系合
    成樹脂フィルムを積層してなる多層アルミニウムフィル
    ムを射出成形機用金型内にインサートして合成樹脂を射
    出することにより鍔と芯体とを形成してなる連結仕切帯
    に前記連結仕切帯を介して夫々合成樹脂製チューブ胴体
    の底部を接合し、高周波発生装置を用いて高周波誘導に
    より前記連結仕切帯の多層アル□ニウムフィルムに内蔵
    スるアルミニウムフィルムを発熱させることにより連結
    仕切帯及びチューブ胴体を瞬時に融着し2連式チューブ
    を構成することを特徴としたチューブ容器の製造方法。 2 アルミニウムフィルムの表裏面に合成樹脂フィルム
    を積層してなる多層アルミニウムフィルムと芯体とより
    なりかつ外周面に鍔を有する円形、矩形、楕円形等の形
    状を有する連結仕切帯を介して2本の合成樹脂製チュー
    ブ胴体の底部下端を融着して構成したことを特徴とした
    チューブ容器。
