内蔵した吸着塔。 ２　フィン付熱交換器を用いた実用新案登録請求の範囲
１項記載の吸着塔。 ３　吸着剤層の、流体流れ方向と直角に交わる断面の断
面積の略全面に分布するように設置したフィンを持つ熱
交換器を用いる実用新案登録請求の範囲１又は２項記載
