（１）中央に軸孔２を有する本体板部３の外周部に適数
個の刃板部４を形成し、上記刃板部４における回転方向
側４′には第１外刃４Ａと第１内刃４Ｂが段ちがいに形
成されていると共に、上記刃板部４における上記第１外
刃４Ａ、第１内刃４Ｂ側とは反対側４″には第２外刃４
ｃ、第２内刃４Ｄが段ちがいに形成されていることを特
