【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は被乾燥平板、例えば未だ多量の水分を含有する
ベニヤ単板、硅酸カルシウム板、パルプセメント板9石
こう板、繊維板等のような建築用平板からなる被乾燥平
板を対象としたウィケット型平板乾燥機に関するもので
、その目的とするところは従来の平板乾燥機が多量の水
分を含んだベニヤ単板のような被乾燥平板金ウィケット
型のフォークチェンコンベア−等により、乾燥道程を上
昇、反転乃至は水平送り金した後に反転、下降させる間
に、機内に熱風を吹込んで自然対流により送風循環させ
るか、あるいは横吹きにファンで送風循環きせて乾燥し
ていたため、乾燥速度がきわめて低速で作業効率が非常
に悪く、また熱風が被乾燥平板に均等に当らず、そのた
め乾燥が均一に行われないで、乾燥斑金主ずる欠点があ
ったばかりでなく、乾燥工程と冷却工程が一体構造に形
成されていなかったので吐出する製品の材温がなかiか
下らず、別の独立した冷却損金必要としていたものを、
本発明は多量の水分金倉んだベニヤ単板のような被乾燥
平板をウィケット型のフォークチェンコンベア−により
乾燥機本体内を上昇、反転、水平送り、反転、下降させ
る間に被乾燥平板に対して上方および前後両側から垂直
およびとにより、被乾燥平板を高速度にかつ全面均等に
乾燥し、しかも機内最終工程で機外から取込む冷気によ
り直ちに強制冷却するようにして従来の欠点を除去せん
としたものである。
