Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatically adjust injection timing, by providing a temperature responding device operated in accordance with engine temperature, cam device changing the mounting load to a timer spring and load responding device operated with a prescribed load.
CONSTITUTION: A temperature responding device 24 is operated in accordance with engine temperature to cause the displacement of a lever 21 through a cable 26. Mounting weight of a timer spring 18 is changed by the displacement of the lever 21 through a cam 16a and needle roller 20a. Consequently the displacement is caused in a timer piston 7 to change a contact position of a roller holder 5 and cam disc and change injection timing. The lever 21 is turned by a load timer lever 29. In this way, injection timing can be adjusted in proportion to engine temperature, and a function of load timer can be obtained.
