PURPOSE:To facilitate replacement of moisture absorbents and improve hygroscopic performance by providing an inlet at a tank top, a conical bulkhead at a tank bottom, and an outlet at a bulkhead center. CONSTITUTION:A moisture absorbent inlet 12 and a conical bulkhead 21 are provided at the top of an upper case 1a and at a lower case 1b respectively. An outlet tube 13 is installed vertically at the center of the bulkhead 21. A moisture absorbent 3 is contained in a space made by a case 1a and a case 1b which is partitioned with the bulkhead 21 and the outlet tube 13. A sealing oil container 6 is provided in an outer space which encircles the outlet tube. And oil 8 contained inside seals it. The container 6 is set detachably with a push plate 25. This arrangement enables a moisture absorbent 3 to put in and out at the case top and the case bottom respectively. It facilitates replacement of moisture absorbents. Hygroscopicity can be hightened because a moisture absorbent path is at a case center.
