Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled solar heat collector at low cost by a method wherein a plurality of photo-receiving cylinders each having a flexible heat collecting member therein are arranged parallel to one another on heat insulating and heat retaining plate and is housed within a casing while a photo-receiving cover is attached to the upper side of the casing. CONSTITUTION:The flexible heat collecting member 1, which hardens when it is filled with a heat medium, is built in the form of a bag having a dark outer surface and provided with liquid outlet/inlet pipes 11 and 12 on both ends thereof, respectively, and is inserted into each of the transparent photo-receiving cylinders 2. In this case, both ends of the photo-receiving cylinder 2 are sealed with fixing caps 3 through which pipes 11 and 12 pass and a plurality of such photo-receiving cylinders are placed on a plurality of concave sections, respectively, formed on the heat insulating and heat retaining plate 4. Further, the fluid outlet/inlet pipes 11 and 12 of each of the heat collecting members 1 are connected to those adjacent thereto by means of an elbow 5 and a joint pipe 51 to thereby make the photo-receiving cylinder integral with one another and the integrated whole body is housed within the casing 6 together with the heat insulating and heat retaining plate 4 while the photo-receiving cover 7 is fixed to the upper side of the casing 6 to thereby complete the desired solar heat collector.
