CONSTITUTION:Process steam is supplied from a plural number of turbine 1 and high pressure regulator valve 2 under the control of back pressure regulator 3. When the opening of control valve 4 on the process steam using side is deviated from the threshold value to the abnormal opening range, the pressure regulator 3 shall be actuated to reduce the process pessure so that the opening of control valve 4 may be restored. Thus, the reduction of turbine output due to throttling operation of control valve on the process steam using side and the high pressure of process steam can be prevented.
