PURPOSE:To facilitate the easy winding of an energizing coil and at the same time to obtain an even magnetic field distribution, by securing a nearly T-shaped projected structure for the junction part of a magnetic pole and a side face member to a nonmagnetic holder. CONSTITUTION:For a magnetic pole 11, the tip side is held and fixed by a nonmagnetic holder 13 and a nonmagnetic material 15. At the same time, the pole 11 is adhered to the side face of a side face member 12 which is adhered to the lower part of the holder 13 so that the lower edge of the pole 11 is set at the same level as the side face of the member 12. Furthermore a side face of the holder 13 is adhered with a nonmagnetic holder 14, and an arc-shaped surface is formed so that a single face of each of the pole 11, the holders 13 and 14 plus space pieces 16 and 17 is formed to a rubbing face to a magnetic recording medium. In such way, an energizing coil 19 is wound around the base edge side of the projected pole 11 and the member 12 after nearly a T-shaped projected structure 18 is formed. Then a channel-shaped nonmagnetic substrate 20 is prepared, and the edge part of the substrate 20 is joined to both side edge parts of holders 13 and 14. Thus a magnetic magnetization type magnetic head is obtained.
