Abstract

PURPOSE:To faciliate mechanization of controls and treatments for works in process in odd number, etc. for performance of synchronous production of both processes by using special pallets to combine subassembly process and complete assembly process. CONSTITUTION:Subunits which are one part of the final assembly products are assembled on pallets 21-23 in subassembly process lines 1-4 with use of the pallets 21-23 equipped with junction parts which can be connected together by connecting means, such as pins or the like. The pallets 21-23 with these assembled subunits are stored in stock devices 6a, 6b. After the pallets 21-23 with the subunits corresponding to the assembly object types in the complete assembly process line 8 have been connected by the connecting means in the junction parts, the final assembly products can be obtained by assembling together the subunits 21-23 on each pallet.
