Abstract

PURPOSE:To select desired frequencies with any of key input among key inputs and to accomplish fine tuning with a tuning knob, by providing a band selection key, a preset selection key, a numeric key which can input an arbitrary frequency, and a tuning knob which can select an arbitrary frequency through rotation. CONSTITUTION:A display section consist of a frequency display device 1 of dynamic display system devided into two at every display digit, a band display device 2, and a driving circuit 23 driving it. An input section comprises a plurality of band selection keys 3, a plurality of preset selection keys 5, a memory key 4 resetting the preset frequency, a numeral key 7 for frequency input, set key 6, a pulse generating circuit 21 producing pulses by the revolution of a tuning knob 8, and a pulse number counter circuit 9 which detects the direction of rotation of the tuning knob 8 and inputs two pulses from 10, 11, and a signal 12 for the direction of rotation and a pulse number signal 13 are outputted from the counter circuit 9 by a strobe signal 40. The reception section consists of a PLL circuit 14 and a radio circuit 15 and the control section consists of a control section 20 consisting of microcomputers.
