Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The device is constituted with a fusion bonding and cutting device consisting of a fixed pad 3 and a fusion bonding and cutting head 4, an intermittent transferring device 2 supplying the material 1 to be heat fusion bonded, a receiving device 5 to hold separated pieces fusion bonded and cut by the fusion bonding and cutting device and a frame wheel receiving one by one each fusion bonded and cut piece of the material 13 bonded by heat fusion, which is squeezed out of said receiving device and drooping downwardly, with each frame bar 9 and being rotated intermittently.
