Abstract

PURPOSE:Title device in which a specifically structured sleeve with a yarn-guiding arm on the one end is fitted on the flyer of the spinning machine, thus permitting the winding up of a spun yarn on a large-diameter bobbin. CONSTITUTION:Flyer 1 of the spinning machine is provided with revolvable sleeve 49 bearing yarn guiding arms 50 on the one end. Further, the yarn-guiding arm 50 is equipped with pushing part 51 having yarn-guiding hole 52 on the top end, so that the pushing part 51 is brought into contact on bobbin 13. Balance weight 53 is loaded on the sleeve 49 on the side opposite to the yarn-guiding arm 50. Then, the flyer 1 is made to revolve, bobin 13 is reciprocated, thus winding up spun yarn 2 passing through the hole 52 on the periphery of the bobbin 13. As the diameter of the wound yarn increases, the pushing 51 goes away from the revolving axis and the centrifugal force on the balance weight decreases, whereby the pressure by the pushing part is kept constant.
