Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify the electric circuit and also to save labor for construction works by a system wherein a circulating flow detector for a heat medium is provided on a part of a collected heat circulating circuit, and a circulating pump is controlled to stop when it runs at a rate less than set point.
CONSTITUTION: Where the heat medium level is over a line 14 in a tank 6 and a normal operation is carried out, a differential temperature thermostat 8 operates, a switching contact 8' is closed and a circulating pump 4 is conducting. A timer 9 is also conducting at the same time and changed to a transfer contact 9b after a given period of time, however, since a differential pressure flow detector 7 indicates a rate more than a set point, a switching contact 7' is left closed, and the operation is kept going. However, when the level comes down to a line 15, it is necessary to lift the heat medium as high as a head H, and since the flow rate comes below the set point, the switching contact 7' is opened to stop the pump 4, and an alarm is given for abnormity. The heat medium is replenished, and a fault is prevented. An electric circuit and construction works are thus simplified.
