Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a high quality lining having no creases by employing a compression member expansible and contractible in the radial direction of a pipe, and press drawing creases of a pipe creases in a heat-softened state. SOLUTION: A folding pipe is heat-softened by steam before being inserted in an existing pipe 2 to be expanded tentatively; then being cooled until moldability is obtained before unexpanded parts of both the ends thereof are cut-removed, and wire passing work into a pipe 1A is carried out in this state, and further a camera 4 and expansion and contraction packer 5 attached on wire passing material 3 are installed at the side of an initiation end in the pipe 1A. Through pull operation of the wire passing material 3, the TV camera 4 and expansion and contraction packer 5 are moved in the pipe 1, and when the TV camera finds a first crease, positioning is conducted between the packer 5 and the crease (a) through the TV camera 4. In this state, a pressurized fluid is sent through conduit 5a of the packer 5 to expand in the pipe diameter direction, a crease 1b is press-stretched in the pipe diameter direction through an expansion of the packer 5.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a repairing method for an existing pipe, a plastic hard pipe is inserted into the pipe with a reduced effective outer diameter, and then the pipe is expanded and restored by heating and pressurizing from inside. There has been proposed a method of attaching a pipe to the inner surface of a pipe and lining the pipe (for example, see JP-A-64-42220).

According to the above-mentioned repairing method, a lining made of a hard pipe can be formed in the pipe, and the repair can be performed with high reliability. May occur. In particular, in the bent portion of the existing pipe, the radius of curvature is different between the outer region and the inner region, and the pipe tends to expand in the outer region having a large radius of curvature. There is a possibility that wrinkles may occur due to the tendency of compression in the region. Such a tendency is remarkable when a polyethylene pipe having substantially the same outer diameter as the existing pipe is used as the pipe. If wrinkles occur in the lining, the quality of the lining deteriorates, such as reducing the effective opening area of the pipeline and causing clogging of the pipe or causing early wear, which is not preferable.

The inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive studies on a method of eliminating pipe wrinkles generated in a bent portion of a pipe. Pressure 1.2-1.5kg / cm 2
The pressure was increased to a high level, and an attempt was made to push and eliminate wrinkles by the high pressure. However, it has been found that in the method of applying a high pressure, wrinkles a are squashed while standing up as shown schematically in FIG. 8, and the wrinkles are not erased. The present inventors have further studied diligently, and have found that if a pipe wrinkle is applied under a heat-softened state by applying a pressing member that is expandable and contractible in the pipe radial direction, the wrinkles can be eliminated well, Here, the present invention has been completed.

That is, according to the present invention, a plastic hard or semi-rigid pipe having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of an existing pipe is used as a repair material, and the pipe is deformed so as to reduce the effective outer diameter. After the pipe is inserted into the pipe, the pipe is temporarily expanded by heating and pressurizing from the inside to restore the pipe to a shape close to the cross-sectional shape before deformation processing, and then the wrinkle detection device is moved in the pipe axis direction in the temporarily expanded pipe. By checking the presence or absence of pipe wrinkles, in the case of wrinkles, in the state where the pipe is heated and softened, the pipe wrinkles are stretched and erased by applying a wrinkle pushing and expanding means capable of expanding and contracting in the pipe radial direction, Thereafter, the present invention relates to a method for repairing an existing pipe, wherein the pipe is fully expanded to a shape exceeding a cross-sectional shape before deformation processing by applying heat and pressure from the inside to adhere to the inner surface of the pipe.

The pipe 1 has an outer diameter substantially equal to or slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the existing pipe 2, for example, an outer diameter corresponding to 90 to 98% of the inner diameter of the existing pipe 2, and is schematically shown in FIG. As shown in (1), for example, the tube is folded into a U-shape from a tubular shape at the time of extrusion molding so as to reduce the effective outer diameter, and the folded pipe 1 'is inserted into an existing pipe to be repaired. The folding process is usually performed in a state where the pipe 1 is heated to around the softening point (about 110 to 120 ° C.). However, in the case of semi-rigid, it may be performed without heating softening depending on the wall thickness.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which the pipe 1 'inserted in the pipe is temporarily expanded and has a shape close to the cross-sectional shape before deformation processing, that is, a state in which it is substantially close to the outer diameter corresponding to 90 to 98% of the outer diameter of the existing pipe 2. In this temporary expansion, steam is supplied into the pipe 1 ′ and the pipe 1 ′ is compressed from the inside to a low pressure of about 0.2 to 0.5 kg / cm 2 (gauge pressure). It is performed by heating and pressurizing. During this temporary expansion, the buckling wrinkles 1a are also temporarily expanded and restored, but the expansion and recovery are insufficient compared to other portions, and the temporary expansion pipe 1A
It remains on the top as inwardly protruding wrinkles 1b.

Thus, in the present invention, after the temporary expansion of the folded pipe 1 'is completed, an operation of eliminating wrinkles 1b on the temporary expansion pipe 1A is performed. That is, after the completion of the temporary expansion, the temporary expansion pipe 1A is once cooled to a state in which shape retention is obtained, and the unexpanded portions at both ends are cut and removed. A television camera 4 and an enlargement / reduction packer 5 are mounted on the wire 3, and the camera 4 and the packer 5 are installed at the start end in the pipe 1 </ b> A as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 6, when a pressurized fluid, for example, heated pressurized air is fed to the packer 5 through the conduit 5a and expanded in the radial direction of the packer 5 under this alignment state, the wrinkles 1b of the packer 5 are formed. It is extended in the pipe diameter direction by expansion. Since the wrinkles 1b are extended in the pipe radial direction in a temporary expansion (90 to 98%) state of the pipe 1A, that is, in a state in which a gap based on a dimensional difference exists between the pipe 1A and the existing pipe 2, it is performed smoothly. It can be performed stably and reliably. Packer 5
In order to allow the steam to flow in the expanded state, a flow passage 5b (see FIG. 6) penetrating in the pipe axis direction is provided. In this manner, the wrinkles can be wiped out from the temporary expansion pipe 1A by sequentially removing the wrinkles from the start end side.

After the wrinkles are eliminated, as shown in FIG. 7, steam is supplied into the pipe 1A, and the steam pressure in the pipe 1A is increased to, for example, about 1.2 to 1.5 kg / cm 2 .
By completely expanding the temporary expansion pipe having an outer diameter of 90 to 98% with respect to the inner diameter of the existing pipe 2 to 100%, a pipe lining 1B without wrinkles can be formed in the existing pipe. This expansion may be performed with the television camera 4 and the packer 5 left inside the pipe, or may be performed after the TV camera 4 and the packer 5 are collected outside the pipe as shown in FIG.
