Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the overall size of the telephone set by forming a recessed part or projection part at the right left lower part in the front according to a microphone incorporated position, forming a microphone hole in the recessed part or projection part, and enabling a user to recognize the microphone hole position with the hand gripping a housing. CONSTITUTION: (a) The ring-shaped recessed part 3' is formed at the right lower part in the front of the housing 1 and the microphone hole 4 is formed in the center of the recessed part 3'. In this case, the recessed part 3' is in the ring shape, so it is known from any direction that the microphone hole 4 is nearby, and a finger tip meets the bank in the center, so the border between the recessed part 3' and microphone hole 4 is extremely easy to discriminate. (b) An arcuate recessed part 3" is formed at the end of the right lower part in the front of the housing 1 and the microphone 4 is formed nearly in the center of curvature of the recessed part 3". In this case, the periphery of the microphone hole 4 is not surrounded completely with the recessed part, but the position of the microphone hole 4 can be discriminated practically sufficiently.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a bottom perspective view of the lower part of the front surface of a portable radio telephone showing a first embodiment of the present invention seen obliquely from above, and 1 is a housing, 2 is an operation button, 3 is a concave portion, and 4 is a microphone hole. The microphone is built in under the microphone hole 4, that is, on the back surface side of the housing 1. As shown in the figure, a recess 3 is formed in the lower right part of the front of the housing, and a microphone hole 4 is formed in this recess 3. Therefore, the fingertip of the hand holding the housing 1 touches the recess 3 during a call. The position of the microphone hole 4 can be recognized by the caller. Further, as in the present embodiment, since the concave portion 3 is formed in a long groove shape from the front surface to the bottom surface of the housing, even if a fingertip is placed on the concave portion 3 on the front surface, the concave portion 3 communicates with the bottom surface. Therefore, the voice of the caller can reach the microphone from the microphone hole 4 through the concave portion 3 from the bottom surface side, and there is no fear of the voice being interrupted.

2 (a) and 2 (b) are respectively a front view of the lower part of a portable radio telephone showing a configuration example of a microphone hole and a recess according to the second and third embodiments of the present invention. is there. As shown in FIG. 3A, a ring-shaped recess 3'is formed in the lower right portion of the front surface of the housing 1, and a microphone hole 4 is formed at the center of this recess 3 '. In this case, since the concave portion 3'is ring-shaped, it can be identified that the microphone hole 4 is in the vicinity of the concave portion 3'from any direction, and moreover, the fingertip hits the central bank, so that the concave portion 3'and the microphone hole 4 can be detected. Boundaries are extremely easy to identify. Further, as shown in FIG.
An arcuate concave portion 3 ″ is formed at the lower right end of the front surface of the above, and a microphone hole 4 is formed around the center of curvature of this concave portion 3 ″. In this case, although the periphery of the microphone hole 4 is not completely surrounded by the recess as shown in FIG. 9A, the position of the microphone hole 4 can be sufficiently identified in practical use.

Further, FIGS. 4A and 4B relate to the fifth and sixth embodiments of the present invention, respectively, and show a lower portion of a portable radio telephone showing a configuration example of a microphone hole and a convex portion. It is a front view. As shown in FIG. 3A, a groove 15 is formed downward from the center of a convex portion 13 ′ formed on the lower right side of the front surface of the housing 11, and the microphone hole 14 is formed in the groove 15.
Is opened, and the groove formed on the convex portion in this manner is shown in FIG.
The same effect can be obtained without completely separating the convex portion into the first and second convex portions (semi-circular convex portions 13a and 13b) by the groove as in the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. . Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, an arcuate convex portion 13 ″ is formed at the lower right end of the front surface of the housing 1, and a microphone hole 14 is formed in the vicinity of the inner side of the convex portion 13 ″. This corresponds to the case where the groove 15 formed in the convex portion 13 ′ shown in FIG. 11A is widened, and the position of the microphone hole 14 can be identified by the fingertip contacting the convex portion 13 ″, Convex 13 ''
The microphone hole 14 is formed in the vicinity of the inside arc of the microphone, and the inside arc of the convex portion 13 '' serves as a wall, and the microphone hole 14 is formed by the fingertip.
There is no fear of accidentally closing the.
