Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure safety corresponding to an abnormal state of respective combustion devices and make it convenient to use them by a method wherein it is decided that both air fans are to be kept in operation only when both fan abnormal state detectors of first and second combustion devices output signals corresponding to normal state. CONSTITUTION:An air supply fan 11 is installed on the bottom of a drum of a hot-water supply device 1a, and an air supply fan 21 on the bottom of the drum of a warm-water heater 2a. The rotating speed of the air supply fan 11 is input to a fan abnormal state detector 31, and the rotating speed of the air supply fan 21 to a fan abnormal state detector 32. A decision device 3b keeps both the devices 1a and 2a in operation only when both the air fans 11 and 12 are in normal state. Therefore, both the air fans 11 and 12 are stopped when either of them is in abnormal state. Thus, safety is ensured.

[Technical Means] A technical means of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is to detect an abnormality in each part other than an air supply fan of one first combustion device (1) and the other second combustion device (2). Anomaly detection means for detection is individually provided and its output signal is a control circuit (3a)
This control circuit (3a), when a signal corresponding to an abnormal state is output from any one of the abnormality detection means, the air supply of the combustion device on the side equipped with the abnormality detection means. The configuration is such that the operation of each part other than the fan is stopped.
Fan abnormality detection means (31) for detecting abnormality of the air supply fan (11) of the combustion device (1) and air supply fan (21) of the second combustion device (2)
The determination device (3b) that keeps both of the two air supply fans in the continuous operation state only when the outputs from the fan abnormality detection means (32) for detecting the abnormality are both output signals corresponding to the normal state. It's established.

The above technical means operates as follows. An abnormality detecting means for detecting abnormality of each part other than the air supply fan of each combustion device is individually provided, and its output signal is input to the control circuit (3a). When a signal corresponding to an abnormal state (hereinafter, referred to as an abnormality detection signal) is output from one of them, the operation of each part other than the air supply fan of the combustion device on the side equipped with the abnormality detection means is stopped. Therefore, in the first combustion device (1), the air supply fan (11)
If an abnormality occurs in any part other than the above, stop these operations, and in the second combustion device (2), supply air fan (21)
If an abnormality occurs in any other part, these operations are stopped.

Further, the judging device (3b) continues these operations only when both the air supply fan (11) and the air supply fan (21) are normal. Therefore, when there is an abnormality in one of the air supply fans, both the air supply fan (11) and the air supply fan (21) are stopped. Therefore, the first combustion device (1)
Except when the air supply fan (11) of the second combustion device (2) is normal and the air supply fan (21) of the second combustion device (2) is normal, both combustion devices are stopped and the air supply fan (11) (21) If both are normal, if one combustion device is abnormal, but the other combustion device is normal, the operation of the other combustion device as a whole is continued while the operation of only one air supply fan is continued. I can continue.

[Effect] Even if there is an abnormality in one of the combustion devices other than the air supply fan, if the other combustion device is normal, the operation of the other combustion device is continued while the operation of the one air supply fan is continued. You can continue, so if something goes wrong,
It is easier to use than the conventional one in which all parts of both combustion devices are stopped. At this time, since both air supply fans continue to operate, exhaust gas does not flow back to the combustion device on the side where the operation of parts other than the air supply fan is stopped, ensuring operational safety. To be done.

When an abnormality of a relationship opposite to this occurs, the water heater (1a) is normally operated and the air supply fan (21) is controlled at the rotational speed set by the control circuit (21b). .
In the above embodiment, when abnormality occurs only in each part other than the air supply fan of one combustion device, the rotational speed of the air supply fan is set by a control circuit provided separately. However, the control circuit (11a) or the control circuit (21
The control signal of a) may be directly input to the air supply fan (11).

Further, the water heater (1a) and the hot water heater (2a) may be other combustion devices. Further, the abnormality detecting means for detecting abnormality of each part other than the air supply fan is not limited to the above-mentioned means, for example, means for detecting disconnection of the thermistor provided for detecting the incoming water temperature and the outgoing hot water temperature. 1. Exhaust gas from two sets of combustion devices having a heat exchange section, a burner, and an air supply fan for supplying combustion air to a combustion chamber accommodating the burner, is exhausted in common via an exhaust collecting cylinder. In the combined-combustion device of the type that discharges from the road, the abnormality detection means for detecting abnormality of each part other than the air supply fan of the first combustion device (1) on the one hand and the second combustion device (2) on the other hand is individually provided. The output signal is input to the control circuit (3a), and the control circuit (3a) is equipped with the abnormality detection means when a signal corresponding to the abnormal state is output from any one of the abnormality detection means. The operation of each part other than the air supply fan of the combustion device on the operated side is stopped, and fan abnormality detection means (3) for detecting an abnormality of the air supply fan (11) of the first combustion device (1)
Only when the outputs from 1) and the fan abnormality detection means (32) for detecting the abnormality of the air supply fan (21) of the second combustion device (2) both output the signal corresponding to the normal state. A combined combustion system equipped with a determination device (3b) that keeps both air supply fans in continuous operation.
