2. Description of the Related Art In the recent storage of product-filled plastic bags in factories and in distribution systems such as transportation of ships, trucks, and wagons, the conventional manual labor due to bulk-packing of product-filled plastic bags has caused a shortage of manpower in recent years. , The working conditions are severe, the workers are aging, and the working conditions are rationalized. For this reason, product-filled plastic bags are palletized (stacked) on the pallet using an automatic palletizer.
However, instead of packing one product-filled plastic bag at a time, one unit (about 1 ton) is being considered as part of the rationalization of the distribution system for factory storage and transportation of ships, trucks, and wagons. However, in this unit, the load is easily collapsed by primary transportation such as transportation of ships, trucks, and freight cars, and it is manually stacked again for secondary storage and stacked on a pallet.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a vinyl polymer emulsion or vinyl copolymer emulsion adhesive is applied to at least one of the top surface and the ground surface of a plastic bag filled with granular products, and the granular product is filled on a pallet. The gist is to stack the plastic bags so that the top surface and the ground are stacked, and join the upper and lower granular product-filled plastic bags with an adhesive. That is, since the plastic bag is made of polyethylene or polypropylene, it does not dry with water-based or solvent-based adhesives, but especially as a filler, the particle size is 0.5 to
A granular product-filled plastic bag in which a 15 mm granular product is filled in a plastic bag and sealed is used as a water-based adhesive on at least one of the top surface and the ground surface of the vinyl polymer emulsion or vinyl co-polymer. When polymer emulsion adhesive is used and stacked on the pallet so that the top surface of the plastic bag filled with granular products and the ground are stacked, the moisture in the adhesive dries and the plastic bags filled with granular product are bonded together. It can be joined with strength that does not cause load collapse with the agent. As a result, the problem of preventing the collapse of the load of the plastic bag unit used for factory storage and transportation of ships, trucks, and freight cars by the conventional method can be solved.

The particle size of the granular product used in the present invention is 70% or more of granular particles having a particle size of 0.5 to 15 mm in the particle size constitution.
Shapes such as pellets, rods, flakes, and lumps are also included. The particle size of the granular product is represented by the shortest length of each shape. At this time, if the particle size is less than 0.5 mm, the moisture in the adhesive is difficult to dry, and the load of the unit tends to collapse. If the particle size exceeds 15 mm, the gap between the plastic bags becomes too large, and there is a tendency for poor adhesion.

In the present invention, as the vinyl polymer emulsion or vinyl copolymer emulsion adhesive,
The glass transition temperature (Tg) thereof is preferably −15 to + 30 ° C., particularly preferably −10 to + 20 ° C.
When the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the emulsion-based adhesive used in the present invention is less than -15 ° C, the tackiness of the film after drying is large and the film is less likely to peel off when the unit is broken,
The plastic bag is easily soiled or broken. When the glass transition temperature (Tg) exceeds + 30 ° C., the slight adhesiveness becomes too small, the adhesiveness between plastic bags is poor, and the load tends to collapse due to shock and vibration during transportation.

The elongation of the film after drying is preferably 100 to 3000%, and particularly preferably 200 to 2000%.
If the elongation of the film is less than 100%, the load tends to collapse due to shock and vibration during transportation, and if it exceeds 3000%, the plastic bag is likely to be soiled. Therefore, the content of the ethylene component is 5 to 30% (wt%), the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion-based adhesive, the ethylene-vinyl acetate-acrylic acid ester copolymer emulsion-based adhesive, and the vinyl acetate component content of 60. A vinyl acetate-acrylic acid ester copolymer emulsion adhesive of ˜95% (wt%) is preferred. The concentration (solid content) of the emulsion is usually 10 to 65%, preferably 20 to 55%.

The method for applying the vinyl polymer emulsion or vinyl copolymer emulsion adhesive is as follows: a vinyl polymer emulsion or vinyl copolymer is applied to at least one of the top surface and the ground surface of a plastic bag (containing 20 kg) filled with granular products. The emulsion adhesive is usually diluted 1.2 to 6 times, preferably 1.5 to 4 times with water as a stock solution, and sprayed, brush coated, drip method, roll method, screen printing method, etc. According to the method, it may be applied so as to be 0.05 to 0.50 g (equivalent to 0.3 to 3.0 g per m 2 ) in terms of solid content of the emulsion adhesive per one plastic bag filled with granular products. . Since the coating amount is extremely small, air spray, airless spray, and air jet spray methods are particularly preferable. Plastic bags (containing 20 kg) may be applied one by one, or, for example, 6 bags may be lined up and applied collectively.

[Example 7] The unit obtained in Example 2 was subjected to a long-distance transportation (about 450 km) test by a truck, and as a result, it was confirmed that the load collapse prevention property was excellent. In addition, this unit can be stacked in 3 layers, ensuring safe secondary storage. Next, as a result of a secondary transportation (about 70 km) test using a truck, there was no load collapse, and this unit could be stacked in three stages. After these tests, the degree of peeling of the bag and the soiling of the bag were examined, but the stripping was easy, and there was no soiling, which was a good result.

[Embodiment 8] Instead of the wooden pallet used in Embodiment 3, a unit using a sheet-shaped plastic having a thickness of 1.5 mm was subjected to a long-distance transportation (about 450 km) test by a truck, and as a result, it was excellent in load collapse prevention. It was confirmed. Furthermore, this unit can be stacked in 3 levels without using a wooden pallet, and secure secondary storage can be secured. Next, as a result of a secondary transportation (about 70 km) test using a truck, there was no load collapse, and this unit could be stacked in three stages. After these tests, the degree of peeling of the bag and the stain on the bag were investigated, but peeling was easy and there was no stain.
The result was similar to that of a wooden pallet. Therefore, it is effective in improving the storage location of wooden pallets.

As described above, according to the present invention, a vinyl polymer emulsion or vinyl copolymer emulsion adhesive is applied to at least one of the top surface and the ground surface of a granular product-filled plastic bag to form a granular product-filled plastic. The unit in which the tops of the bags and the ground are stacked and the upper and lower plastic bags filled with granular products are bonded with an adhesive, provides excellent load collapse prevention for factory storage and transportation of ships, trucks, and wagons. It is possible to perform re-storing after transport (three-stage storage of the unit), it is very easy to peel off when the unit is broken into individual plastic bags by the final user after secondary transportation, and the plastic bag does not become dirty. The cost is also low.
