図中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 基板と、この基板上を覆つているとともに、窓
部が設けられているカバーと、前記基板上に実装
されているとともに、先端部が前記窓部から露出
している光センサ素子とを備えている光センサ装
置において、前記窓部に、前記光センサ素子に係
合して前記光センサ素子の実装高さ方向への位置
決めを行う位置決め部が設けられていることを特
徴とする光センサ装置。
