[Detailed description of the invention] "Purpose of the invention" This invention relates to the invention of a manhole settlement absorption joint mechanism, in which a buried main pipe is laid and connected to a manhole, and the phenomenon of subsidence of the manhole or buried main pipe after the setting is established. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a subsidence absorbing joint mechanism that can effectively and quickly respond to subsidence, and that does not damage buried main pipes or manholes even if the subsidence occurs.

Conventional technology The mechanism or construction method conventionally used for connecting buried main pipes to manholes is the fifth method.
As shown in the figure, a manhole 10 is set in a shaft formed in the soil layer, and a buried main pipe 12 is installed horizontally to such a manhole 10.
The tip of the hole was inserted and connected, and the hole was backfilled and buried.

Problems to be solved by the invention However, in the conventional method as described above, as the compaction of the soil layer progresses after backfilling, the sinking of the manhole 10 and the buried main pipe 12 is unavoidable. Due to such subsidence of the manhole 10 and the buried main pipe 12, the tip side of the buried main pipe 12 connected to the manhole 10 is damaged and destroyed, and its repair requires a large amount of man-hours and cost. There are many.

Of course, in order to avoid such damage to the buried main pipe 12, a subsidence absorbing joint 1 is installed at a position close to the manhole 10 of each buried main pipe 12, 12, as shown in FIG.
5 may be considered, but if this is done, as shown in FIG. 5, a bent and recessed flow path will be formed in the manhole 10 portion due to ground subsidence in the manhole 10 portion, and the fluid flow in the manhole 10 portion will be reduced. The flow becomes extremely difficult, and especially in the case of sewage pipes, filth cannot flow through the manhole 10, and even if there is a flow path gradient 16 in the manhole 10, this filth accumulates and stagnates.

"Structure of the invention" Means for solving the problem When connecting a buried pipe to a manhole, a socket is provided at the buried pipe connection part of the manhole, and a catch plate is attached to the end of the socket and a packing is attached. A slide plate is slidably provided with guides arranged on both sides of the catch plate, and the buried pipe is inserted into the socket through a sealing material into the insertion opening formed in the slide plate. Features a manhole joint mechanism.

Further, the slide plate can be slid vertically by a guide provided opposite to the catch plate, and can immediately respond to and absorb any subsidence or uplift between the buried pipe inserted into the slide plate and the manhole. do. The slide plate and the buried pipe are sealed with a sealing material.

Embodiment A concrete embodiment of the present invention as described above is explained as shown in the attached drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a socket 1 is attached to a connecting part of a manhole 10, and The catch plate 9 of the packing 3 is attached to the seat plate 9, the guide parts 5 are installed vertically on both sides of the catch plate 9, the slide plate 2 is attached to such guide parts 5, 5, and the seal is attached to the slide plate 2. A buried main pipe 12 is inserted through a material 4.

In addition, in the illustrated one, a recessed part 3a is formed on the outside as the packing 3, and the above-mentioned recessed part 3a is formed on the outer side of the buried main pipe insertion opening 2a in the slide plate 2 to which the sealing material 6 of the buried main pipe 12 is attached. A reinforcing ring 7 having the same diameter as the socket 1 is attached. A ring 8 for fixing to the manhole 10 is protruded from the socket 1, and a recess 5a is formed in the center of the guide parts 5, 5 for attaching the packing 3 during assembly. 3 and then dropping the slide plate 2 as shown in FIG. is completed.

``Effect of the invention'' As explained above, the invention as described above can appropriately absorb subsidence or uplift immediately after construction or over time as a manhole joint mechanism, and will not damage buried pipes or manhole connections. Since the flow path is not particularly bent, it has the effect of ensuring a favorable flow action of the fluid, and is a highly effective device in practical terms.
