柱に対して仮止めし、しかして前記手摺り本体を堰壁上
に配置し、各支柱嵌挿杆の下端部を前記アンカー金具に
溶接により固着した後、前記凹所内にセメントモルタル
を充填し、その後前記仮止めを解除して手摺り本体を降
下させ、堰壁笠木が前記堰壁笠木受け金具に受支される
位置で各笠木支柱と支柱嵌挿杆とを連結固定することを
