Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所定の幅の帯状フレキシブル基板でなり外
    形形状にほぼ同様のグランドパターンが形成され
    たシールド部と、 上記シールド部と同様の幅を有する上記帯状フ
    レキシブル基板でなり信号線に応じた導電パター
    ンが形成された信号線パターン部と を具え、上記信号線パターン部の両側に２枚の上
    記シールド部を重合わるようにしたことを特徴と
    するシールド付信号線。 (2) 上記信号線パターン部の上記信号線に応じ
    た上記導電パターンの両側に上記グランドパター
    ンを形成するようにしたことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のシールド付信号
    線。 (3) 上記信号線パターン部の上記信号線に応じ
    た上記導電パターンの間に、信号アースに応じた
    上記導電パターンを形成するようにしたことを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の
