固定して、前記横軸芯P2周りに3者一体で回動
するように軸支して、接当部材12を構成してい
る。又、前記部材12c及びL字状部材12bは
長穴を介してボルト締め固定できるようにして組
付位置の調整ができると共に、接当部材12はつ
る巻きバネ13によつて上方揺動側に付勢され、
かつ、L字状のピン14によつて上方への揺動を
設定位置で接当阻止されているのである。
