(Industrial Field of Application) The present invention relates to a spraying material water addition device that is suitably used in concrete spraying methods such as tunnel lining. (Prior Art) Conventionally, among the above-mentioned spraying methods, the dry spraying method has been widely used due to its advantages such as long conveyance distance and easy treatment in the event of blockage. This method uses compressed air to transport the dry mixed material floating in the material supply path to the nozzle.
Water is added to the sprayed material by the nozzle man's valve operation near the nozzle. Examples of devices for this purpose include those shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. Reference numeral 1 designates a spray nozzle, and reference numeral 2 designates a water addition device provided between the spray nozzle 1 and a spray material pressure pipe, such as a hose 3. As best shown in FIG. 6, the water addition device 2 includes an annular water passage 4, a pipe 5 for supplying water to the water passage 4, and a pipe 5 for supplying water from the water passage 4 into the spray material supply passage. It is equipped with a plurality of water injection nozzles 6 that are open and inject water onto the material being pumped through the supply path, and water is injected from several locations in the circumferential direction of the material supply path. (Problem to be solved by the invention) However, the water injection by the conventional water addition device is of a straight type with a spread angle θ of about 5 to 15 degrees, and is It is not possible to supply water evenly, and water can only be added locally to the material passing through the supply channel. Therefore, it is not possible to add water at all to some materials, only insufficient water can be added to some materials, and it is not possible to add water to some materials. In some cases, excessive water was added. This non-uniformity in water addition was noticeable in fine particles such as cement that were transported along the pipe wall. As a result, problems such as wide variation in concrete quality, high rebound rate, and large dust generation occur. On the other hand, it is conceivable to arrange a plurality of conventional water adding devices at intervals in the material supply direction, as shown in FIG. However, in this case, if the positions of the water injection nozzle groups are the same in the circumferential direction between adjacent water adding devices, the water-cement ratio (W/C) will be high on the cross section passing through the water adding devices. A part with a coarse density is formed, then a part with a low water-cement ratio (W/C) and a dense material is formed between the next water adding devices, and then on the cross section of the next water adding device. Water cement ratio (W/C)
Areas are formed where the material density is high and the density of the material is coarse, thus alternating coarse and dense states with respect to the density of the material.
As a result, separation of mortar and aggregate occurs,
Unable to obtain good spray material. moreover,
In order to transfer the material through the material pumping pipe or spray nozzle without blockage, it is important that a water film is formed on the inner wall. However, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the water film is not formed all over the circumference, nor is it uniform, and the water film is formed only in the area corresponding to the water injection nozzle position in the circumferential direction, resulting in clogging of the material. It tends to occur. Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to be able to uniformly and reliably add water in an amount suitable for the spraying material.
To provide a spraying material water addition device that does not require much skill in valve operation by a nozzleman, minimizes the generation of dust, reduces variations in quality of shotcrete, and further reduces splashing and flaking. There is a particular thing. Another object is to provide an apparatus that does not cause separation of materials and can transport materials without blockage. (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is that the spraying material is disposed near the tip of the spraying material supply path, and the spraying material is pneumatically fed through the supply path from the spraying machine. Water injection nozzles that spray the required amount of water onto the material in a fan-shaped cross section are arranged at intervals in the material supply direction, and adjacent water injection nozzles are shifted in position in the circumferential direction. It is characterized by (Function) According to the present invention, the shape of the water jet is fan-shaped,
Since a water curtain can be formed on the cross section of the material supply path, water can be uniformly added to the sprayed material conveyed through the supply path. Furthermore, in the present invention, the water injection nozzles are arranged at intervals in the material supply direction, and the positions of adjacent water injection nozzles are shifted in the circumferential direction, so that the material is During the conveyance process, water is added by water injection nozzles from different positions in the circumferential direction, so unlike the mode shown in Fig. 8 where water is added concentratedly on the cross section at the water addition position, water is added gradually. Since water is added to the material, there will be no unevenness in the material transport direction.
Therefore, material separation is prevented and
Moreover, a uniform water film is formed in the entire circumferential direction on the inner surface of the supply path, and material blockage is eliminated. Furthermore, under comparison with the aspect of FIG. 8,
As shown in the Examples below, significant differences emerge. (Specific Examples of the Invention) The present invention will be explained in more detail based on specific examples shown in the drawings. First, the structure of the entire spraying device will be explained with reference to FIG.
It is fed through a hose 14 under air pressure from a compressor 12, etc., and if necessary, a quick setting agent 16 is added to the spray machine 10 or on the way there.
etc. are added, from the spray nozzle 1 to the target surface
sprayed on. In such a spraying device, the spraying material water addition device of the present invention is constructed as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4. That is, the water addition device 20 of the present invention is provided near the tip of the spray material supply path, for example, between the spray nozzle 1 and the spray material pressure feed pipe 3 such as a hose. The water addition device 20 is connected to a water injection nozzle 21 that opens into the material supply path and injects a necessary amount of water in a fan shape to the sprayed material conveyed through the supply path. It basically includes a water passage 23 for supplying water from a water source (not shown) to the nozzle via piping 22. 24 is a water injection nozzle attachment body. Water injection nozzle 21 used in the present invention
As shown in Figure 3, the injection spread angle θ is 30
~110°, preferably 45-80°, spray thickness t is 3
It sprays water in a fan shape of mm to 12 mm, more preferably 5 mm to 8 mm, and is provided in multiple stages along the longitudinal direction of the material supply path. Between each water injection nozzle 21

[Table] (Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above, according to the invention, water is uniformly added to the sprayed material, the generation of dust is reduced, and the dust floating in the air is quickly removed. The effect of dust can be minimized. It also improves the quality of shotcrete and reduces splashing and spalling. Furthermore, the above-mentioned construction results can be obtained regardless of the skill level of the nozzleman.
