Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、一定速度で搬送される塑性変形可能なボンボ
ン材料の棒材を個々の部片に切断する装置であって、カ
ッターホルダーに配置されたカッターと個々の部片に対
する搬出機構とを有し、前記カッターが制御要素を介し
て棒材に対して垂直に動かされ保持されているような装
置に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
かかる装置は既に公知であり、例えばドイツ民主共和国
特許第２０６０６７号公報に記載されている。その場合
、切断個所の範囲において棒材の両側にそれぞれ、切断
工程中に棒材の搬送方向に駆動されるストリッパドラム
が支持されている。
これらのドラムは片側が開いて形成され、その外周面が
棒材に接触し、連結子の自由端に設けられているカッタ
ーに対して、少なくとも１つの横に延びるスリット状開
口を有している。カッターはストリッパドラムのスリッ
ト状開口および移動する棒材を横切ってそれらが中央で
僅かに重なり合うまで逆向きに動く。
更にドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第３２１６７７０号
公報において、棒材が同様に連続的に搬送され、回転カ
ッターによって個々の部片に切断される方式が知られて
いる。そのカッターは、切断作用を行い且つ搬送機能を
も満たす２つのセグメントを有している。カッターの両
セグメント間の空所は、切断が行われるまで棒材の送り
を許している。
またドイツ民主共和国特許第２５８１７３号公報には、
塑性変形可能なボンボン材料の棒材を個々の部片に切断
する方式が記載されている。その場合、棒材搬送方向に
対して斜めに回転カッターホルダー板が配置されている
。このカッターホルダー板にカッターホルダーが揺動可
能に支持され、このカッターホルダーにカッターが取り
付けられている。カッターホルダー板が棒材搬送溝に対
して斜めに配置されていること、および切断工程中にブ
レードホルダーに取り付けられたレバーが定置溝付きカ
ムのカム軌道とかみ合うカムローラと共働してカッター
が棒材搬送方向に揺動されることによって、個々の部片
が棒材から切断される。
上述した方式の場合、切断時点において棒材とカッター
との速度差により棒材がせき止められたり引っ張られた
りし、これによってきっちりした切断個所が生じないと
いう問題がある。
ドイツ連邦共和国特許第３２１６７７０号公報における
定置カッターによる方式の場合も、小さな作業速度に対
してしか適用できず、短い部片の切断しか行えない。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
本発明の目的は、きっちりとし幾何学的に精密な切断面
を得ること、および用途を広くすることにある。更に材
料の損失を無くし、機械的構造費用を安価にすることに
ある。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明によればこの目的は、冒頭に述べた形式の装置を
、搬出機構が、制御可能な保持要素を備えた連続回転す
る受取り輪として形成され、各保持要素に回転方向にお
いて後ろ側にカッターが付属され、このカッターがカム
・連結子伝動装置を介して半径方向に動かせるように構
成することによって達成される。
カッターホルダーは、連結子を介して受取り輪の内側保
持要素に揺動可能に結合され、駆動側にピンを有し、こ
のピンは、伝動装置ハウジング内において回動できる駆
動軸に取り付けられたレバーに接続され、前記カッター
を制御する伝動装置が保持要素を制御する伝動装置に対
して同心的に支持され、伝動装置ハウジングの軸に、カ
ムローラ付きのカムレバーが配置され、それらのカムロ
ーラが定置制御カムのカム軌道に接している。
〔実施例〕
以下図面に示した実施例を参照して本発明の詳細な説明
する。
本発明に基づく装置は受取り輪１を有しており、この受
取り輪１は軸２に回転可能に支持され、その周囲に公知
のように複数の外側保持要素３および内側保持要素４が
配置されている。各保持要素３．４にはカッター５が付
属されている。そのカッターホルダー６は連結子７を介
して内側保持要素４に結合されている。カッターホルダ
ー６には駆動側にピン８が存在している。このピン８は
伝動装置ハウジング１０内に回動可能に支持された軸１
１にレバー９を介して結合されている。その軸１１には
カムレバー１２．１３が取り付けられており、それらの
カムローラ１４，１５は定置制御カム１６．１７のカム
軌道と共働する。
〔作用〕
受取り輪１が軸２を中心として棒材Ｍの送り方向に回転
されることによって、外側保持要素３と内側保持要素４
は相対運動し、外側保持要素３は追加的に開閉運動を行
う。保持要素３，４のこの運動は公知の図示していない
伝動装置によって行われる。カッターホルダー６が連結
子７を介して内側保持要素４に結合されていることによ
って、カッターホルダー６および従ってカッター５は相
対運動を行う。カッター５の切断運動は伝動装置ハウジ
ング１０内に配置された伝動装置によって行われる。受
取り輪１が回転する際に、カムレバー１２．１３に取り
付けられたカムローラ１４゜１５は制御カム１６．１７
のカム軌道上を転勤し、軸１１の回動運動をレバー９お
よびピン８を介してカッターホルダー６に伝達し、その
ようにしてカッター５に、連結子７を横切って保持要素
３゜４に対して平行に延びる昇降運動を行わせる。受取
り輪１の回転によって開放した保持要素３，４が受取り
個所Ｕに到達すると、これらの保持要素３．４は公知の
ようにして受取り輪１の回転方向と逆向きに相対運動す
る。この相対運動中において外側保持要素３は閉鎖し、
連続運動する棒材Ｍを締め付は固定する。同時にカッタ
ー５は棒材Ｍを横切って棒材載置台Ｓまで垂直運動を行
い、棒材ＭからボンボンＢを切断する。その棒材載置台
Ｓは切断範囲において固定しているか可動となっている
。
切断が行われ、ボンボンＢが受取り輪１の継続回転によ
って図示していない排出個所まで搬送された後、カッタ
ー５はその出発位置に戻される。
その工程は同じように繰り返して行われる。
〔発明の効果〕
排出機構を制御可能な保持要素を装備した受取り輪とし
て形成し、その保持要素にカッターを直接付属させるこ
とによって、棒材および受取り輪の個々の速度は互いに
正確に同調させることができる。
カッターが保持要素に直に接しており、従って保持要素
と一緒に案内されるので、カッターと棒材との相対運動
は全く無くされ、カッターは一定に保たれた状態におい
て個々の部片をきちんと切断できる。包装場所への搬送
は受取り輪によって行われるので、包装場所への中間搬
送要素は不要である。受取り輪は回転中において速度を
変更して駆動できるので、部片の長さは限られた範囲内
で変更できる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、一定速度で搬送される塑性変形可能なボンボン材料
    の棒材を個々の部片に切断する装置であって、カッター
    ホルダーに配置されたカッターと個々の部片に対する搬
    出機構とを有し、前記カッターが制御要素を介して棒材
    に対して垂直に動かされ保持されているような装置にお
    いて、前記搬出機構が、制御可能な保持要素（３、４）
    を備えた連続回転する受取り輪（１）として形成され、
    各保持要素（３、４）に回転方向において後ろ側にカッ
    ター（５）が付属され、このカッター（５）がカム・連
    結子伝動装置を介して半径方向に動かせることを特徴と
    する棒材を個々の部片に切断する装置。 ２、カッターホルダー（６）が、連結子（７）を介して
    受取り輪（１）の内側保持要素（４）に揺動可能に結合
    され、駆動側にピン（８）を有し、このピン（８）が、
    伝動装置ハウジング（１０）内において回動できる駆動
    軸（１１）に取り付けられたレバー（９）に接続され、
    前記カッター（５）を制御する伝動装置が保持要素（３
    、４）を制御する伝動装置に対して同心的に支持され、
    伝動装置ハウジング（１０）の軸（１１）に、カムロー
    ラ（１４、１５）付きのカムレバー（１２、１３）が配
    置され、それらのカムローラ（１４、１５）が定置制御
    カム（１６、１７）のカム軌道に接していることを特徴
    とする請求項１記載の装置。
