本発明はトイレットペーパ一等に施して用いる肛門及び
その周囲部の、清拭組成物９剤形に関する。更に詳記す
れば、排便後通常の如くトイレットペーパ一等によって
***物の付着をほぼ拭き取ったあとの肛門とその周囲部
に残存する汚れを、摩擦による皮膚の損傷とかそのため
に生ずる痛みとかがないようにして除去し易くシ、肛門
及びその周囲部を清潔に保つとともに更にはその部位に
可能性のある傷病の治癒を促す、清拭組成物の剤形に関

排便後の肛門及びその周囲部の清拭方法については、温
水噴射による洗浄が最も効果的であることは凡その人が
認める処であるが、設備費が高くまたその設備を携帯す
るわけにゆかないことなどにより利用は極めて限定的で
ある。
次善のものとしてトイレットペーパ一等に液状の清拭組
成物を予め含浸させたり使用直前に噴射含浸させたりす
る方法が行われ、それらの詳細は特許出願公開公報の例

しかし予め含浸のものはペーパ一類と同重量程度以上を
含浸させるのでペーパ一等支持体の強度を著しく損ねる
と共に揮散防止に特別な措置を要し、また使用直前にペ
ーパ一類に噴射含浸させるものはその噴射の準備と実施
が煩わしく且つ液体を持ち運ぶという不便がある。いず
れも利用すれば効果はあろうがと思われながら充分な利
用がなされていないのが実状である。
［発明が解決しようとする課題］
排便後肛門及びその周囲部の清拭をトイレットペーハー
によって充分に行うことが困難であることは自明である
。特に中高年に至れば肛門及びその付近に疾患をもたな
いまでもその部位が本来摩擦等に鋭敏であるが故に痛み
を覚えたり出血を見たりするものであり、排便後の清拭
を充分にしないという不潔を招来して下着類の日常的汚
れを見るものである。
その解決を目的とした発明が上記の洗浄でありトイレッ
トペーパーへの液状薬剤の各種含浸の方法であるが、い
ずれも乗り越えるには大きい不便不利をもったままで放
置されているもので、本発明が解決しようとする＠題は
即ち従来の各種方法のもつ重大な欠陥の解消であるにほ
かならない。
［課題を解決するための手段］
本発明は肛門及びその周囲部の清拭組成物の剤形をクリ
ーム状乃至軟膏状にし、排便後通常の如くトイレットペ
ーパ一類で肛門とその周囲部の***物残存をほぼ拭き取
った後、あらためて、即ち清拭の最於段階で本発明剤層
の清拭組成物をトイレットペーパ一類上のほぼ一点に施
し、その部分を肛門に当てがって充分に肛門及びその周
囲部を清拭する方法を提供するものである。
本発明剤層をなす清拭組成物には限定的な条件は特にな
い、肛門に対して有害なものを含有していなければ問題
なく、当業者の通常の知識によって通常のクリーム類乃
至軟膏類の基剤から選択されればよい、実際に油性のも
のでも水性のものでもトイレットペーパ一類を柔軟にし
且つ肛門とその周囲部に残存する***物をよく清拭する
ことは予想外のことであった。摩擦とそれによる痛みと
を充分に軽減するが故に清拭行為が躊躇なく行われる結
果であると考えられる。痛くなければ人間の清潔への願
望は徹底した行為になるということである。
本発明の剤形に、消毒殺菌剤、消臭剤、更には例えば痔
疾治療のための薬剤、また本発明剤層の組成物の品質保
全のための例えば防腐剤などを添加することは目由であ
る。しかし治療薬剤の添加はむしろ不経済であろう、本
発明剤形の組成物によって完全に清拭した後別途に治療
用薬剤を施すのがより効果的であるからである。
本発明剤層の組成物はどのような容器に容れられても使
用に便利であれば問題はないが、排便及び清拭行為の間
に使用されることからすると指先で組成物を分ち出すよ
うな容器は汚染のおそれがあり、チューブ類を容器とす
る方が望ましい、またその方が携帯にも懸念がなく取扱
いも便利である。通常トイレットペーパー上に大豆−粒
量程度の量を押し出して使用すれば充分であり、肛門に
重症ある場合でも清拭の最後２回に本発明を適用すれば
よい。
従来の技術の項に記載した如く人類長年の問題の解決に
種々の方法が検討提案されながら、本発明の極めて簡便
にして効果絶大なものが想到されなかったのは驚くべき
ことであるとは、実施例被検者のひとしく述べた熱であ
る。
［作用１
本発明剤層の組成物の作用は最終的には従来の液状薬剤
の含浸とほぼ同様である。支持体であるトイレットペー
パ一類を柔軟にすると共に肛門とその周囲部の***物残
存を混和し洗い出すように作用するのである。特筆すべ
きことは本発明剤層の場合はその作用が必要な範囲に集
中的に発現できることである。トイレットペーパ一類の
全体乃至不必要な広範囲を濡れた状態にして取扱いを厄
介且つ不快にすることもなく、薬剤を無駄にする− と
いう欠点もない。
［実施例］
クリーム状乃至軟膏状であればよく、当業者が通常使用
するそれら基剤がそのまま使用できるので幾つかの実施
例を挙げることもない、経済性を考慮して選択し、塩化
ベンザルコニウム、クロロへキシジングリコール等の殺
菌消毒剤、塩酸プロカイン、アミノ安息香酸エチル等の
局所麻酔薬、堪酸メチルエフェドリン等の止血剤、香料
、酸化蔓鉛等の保護剤などを適宜添加して特徴を出すの
は自由である。
極論的に水分を与えてやればその目的を果たすという観
点ならば、グツドリッチ社製のカーポボールとか和光線
薬工業輛製のハイビスワコーとかの架橋型ポリアクリル
酸を水に添加し中和して本発明剤形の廉価な清拭組成物
が得られる。その処方例及びそれの応用例を挙げれば次
の通りであるが、これらの例は本発明を限定するもので
ない。
実施例１゜
水１００重量部を攪拌しながらこれにハイビスワコ−１
０４タイプ２重量部を混和、次いでトリエタノールアミ
ン約２．５重量部を加えてＰＨ１３に中和する。濁りの
ないチクソトロビックなりリームが得られる。チューブ
に充填して本発明剤形の清拭組成物として供する。
実施例２、
水７０重量部とグリセロール２５重量部とポリビニルア
ルコール５重量部との混合物を攪拌し、以下実施例１と
同様にして本発明剤形の清拭組成物を得る。軟膏状であ
る。
［発明の効果］
使用者に於いて特別な設備等を必要とせず、保管、携帯
、取扱い等に極めて便利、他方製造し提供する側に於い
て実施容易、経済的である。
本発明剤形の清拭組成物をトイレットペーパ一類の上に
高々大豆−粒量程度載せて、その部分を肛門に当てがっ
て常の通り拭き取るだけでよい。
柔軟な感触となって痛むようなこともなく、クリーム状
乃至軟膏状の清拭組成物は***物残存とよく混和して機
械的な清拭行為は些かの躊躇もなく実行される。ペーパ
ー類の強度の低下も懸念する必要がない、よしんば水分
に富む極めて軟らかいクリーム状の場合であってもペー
パーに載せて直ちに使用するものであるからそのような
懸念はない。
使用すれば排便後の肛門及びその周囲部は充分に清潔に
清拭できて国民衛生上効果が大きい、清拭が充分に行わ
れれば疾患のある場合はその後に行われる治療薬の塗布
などが効果的となり、国民健康上望ましい結果を集積す
