Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a cleansing composition for anus and the peripheral part which is easy for storage, transport and handling by making the medicine into cream or ointment form. CONSTITUTION:A tablet of cleansing composition for anus and the peripheral part is formed into cream or ointment form, and after the excrement left at anus and the peripheral part is wiped off by a toilet paper, etc., as in the ordinary processing after evacuation, the cleansing composition of the tablet is attached to one point on the toilet paper, and the part is attached to anus, and the anus and the peripheral part is cleansed sufficiently. The disinfecting and sterilizing agent, deodorant, medicine for the therapy for pile, or the antiseptic for quality preservation for the composition of the tablet can be freely added into the tablet. A container from which the composition is supplied by a finger tip is easily contaminated, and the container such as tube is desirable. Further, the tube type container is portable, and handling is easy. The action of the composition of the tablet makes the toilet paper, etc., as supporting body soft, and mixes and washes out the excrement left at anus and the peripheral part.

Most people agree that the most effective way to clean the anus and its surrounding area after defecating is to use hot water jets, but the cost of the equipment is high and it is difficult to carry the equipment. Its use is extremely limited due to the fact that it is not available. The next best method is to pre-impregnate first grade toilet paper with a liquid cleaning composition or to impregnate it by spraying it immediately before use.The details of these methods can be found in Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 58-144428.58. -225111.80

3411m, seen at Hei 1-2115019. However, in the case of pre-impregnated paper, the strength of the paper is impregnated to a level equal to or more than that of Type 1 paper, which significantly impairs the strength of the paper primary support and requires special measures to prevent volatilization. The preparation and execution of the injection is troublesome, and the liquid is inconvenient to carry around. Although it is thought that all of these methods would be effective if used, the reality is that they are not used sufficiently. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] It is obvious that it is difficult to thoroughly clean the anus and its surrounding area after defecation using a toilet paper. Especially in middle-aged and elderly people, even if they do not have any diseases in or around the anus, the area is naturally sensitive to friction, etc., so they may feel pain or see bleeding, so it is important to thoroughly clean the anus after defecation. This brings about the impurity of not wearing clothes and seeing dirt on underwear on a daily basis. The invention aimed at solving this problem is the above-mentioned cleaning method and a method of impregnating toilet paper with various liquid chemicals, but both have been left with great inconveniences and disadvantages that cannot be overcome. The problem we are trying to solve is nothing less than the elimination of serious deficiencies in the various conventional methods. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a composition for wiping the anus and its surrounding area in the form of a cream or ointment, and after defecating, removes the excrement from the anus and its surrounding area with toilet paper as usual. After wiping off most of the residue, apply the wiping composition of the present invention agent layer to approximately one point on the first type of toilet paper again, that is, at the most important stage of wiping, and apply that part to the anus to thoroughly wipe the anus and the area. This provides a method for wiping the surrounding area. There are no particular limitations on the wiping composition forming the layer of the present invention; there is no problem as long as it does not contain anything harmful to the anus; In fact, it is unexpected that both oil-based and water-based toilet paper can soften the toilet paper and effectively wipe away excrement remaining in the anus and its surrounding area. Ta. This is thought to be the result of the wiping action being performed without hesitation because it sufficiently reduces friction and the pain caused by it. If it doesn't hurt, then the human desire for cleanliness becomes a thorough act. It is possible to add a disinfectant, a deodorant, a drug for treating hemorrhoids, and a preservative to maintain the quality of the composition of the agent layer of the present invention to the dosage form of the present invention. It is. However, the addition of a therapeutic agent would be rather wasteful, since it is more effective to apply the therapeutic agent separately after complete wiping with the composition of the dosage form of the invention. The composition of the present invention agent layer can be placed in any container as long as it is convenient to use, but since it is used during defecation and wiping, it is difficult to dispense the composition with the fingertips. There is a risk of contamination in such containers, so it is preferable to use tubes as containers, and it is also easier to carry and handle. Normally, it is sufficient to squeeze out an amount about the size of a soybean onto toilet paper, and even in cases where the anus is severely affected, the present invention may be applied to the last two times of wiping. Although various methods have been studied and proposed to solve the long-standing problems of humankind as described in the section on the prior art, it is surprising that the extremely simple and highly effective method of the present invention has not been conceived. , which is the fever described by the example subjects. [Effect 1] The final effect of the composition of the agent layer of the present invention is almost the same as that of impregnation with a conventional liquid drug. It not only makes the toilet paper that is the support material soft, but also works to mix and wash away any remaining excrement in and around the anus. What is noteworthy is that the layer of the present invention agent can exert its action intensively within the necessary range. There is no need to make the whole or unnecessary wide area of the toilet paper wet, making it difficult and uncomfortable to handle, and there is no disadvantage of wasting medicine. [Examples] Cream-like or ointment-like bases are sufficient, and those bases commonly used by those skilled in the art can be used as they are, so there is no need to list several examples. Add appropriate disinfectants such as ruconium and chlorhexidine glycol, local anesthetics such as procaine hydrochloride and ethyl aminobenzoate, hemostatic agents such as methylephedrine, fragrances, and protective agents such as lead oxide. You are free to express your own characteristics. If you want to achieve the purpose by adding water in an extreme way, neutralize by adding cross-linked polyacrylic acid such as Carpobol manufactured by Gutdrich or Hibiswako manufactured by Wako Pharmaceutical Industries to the water. An inexpensive wiping composition in the dosage form of the present invention is obtained. Prescription examples and application examples thereof are as follows, but these examples do not limit the present invention. Example 1 Hibiswako-1 was added to 100 parts by weight of water while stirring.
2 parts by weight of Type 04 were mixed, and then about 2.5 parts by weight of triethanolamine was added to neutralize to pH 13. A thixotropic ream without turbidity can be obtained. It is filled into a tube and provided as a wiping composition in the dosage form of the present invention. Example 2 A mixture of 70 parts by weight of water, 25 parts by weight of glycerol and 5 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol is stirred and the same procedure as in Example 1 is carried out to obtain a wiping composition of the dosage form of the present invention. It is ointment-like. [Effects of the Invention] The user does not need any special equipment, and it is extremely convenient to store, carry, handle, etc., and on the other hand, it is easy and economical to implement on the manufacturing and providing side. Simply place the wiping composition of the present invention on a piece of toilet paper to the extent of a soybean granule, apply the area to the anus, and wipe it off as usual. It has a soft feel and does not cause pain, and the cream or ointment-like wiping composition mixes well with residual excrement, allowing mechanical wiping to be carried out without any hesitation. There is no need to worry about a decrease in the strength of the paper, even in the case of an extremely soft creamy product rich in water, since it is placed on paper and used immediately. If used, the anus and surrounding area can be sufficiently cleaned after defecation, which has a great effect on national hygiene. If the anus is thoroughly cleaned, it will be possible to apply therapeutic drugs afterward if there is a disease. be effective and accumulate desirable results for national health.
