Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject heat-resistant mixed blended or intertwisted yarn, held by a yarn unshrinkable by sizing treatment and shrinkable in a curled state by removing the size, excellent also in dyeability and hardly creasing without trouble in weaving or knitting. CONSTITUTION:A blended yarn or intertwisted yarn 1 of natural fiber and polyester-based synthetic fiber is twisted and untwisted through a spinner of a rotating spinner unit 3, heated with a heating cylinder 5 on the side of a twisting zone and wound onto a winding cylinder 4. The resultant treated wound yarn 1' is then rewound while carrying out sizing treatment. Thereby, the objective yarn can be obtained. If the yarn is formed into a fabric and steamed to greatly shrink the treated yarn 1'.

If the heating device C is placed on the side of this heating zone, the following operations will be performed continuously: heating while heating in the S direction and untwisting in the Z direction. At this time, when water is stored in the water storage tank 87, a wet method is used in which the water is wetted and heated while being heated.

=4- The reason for this is basically that it is heated in the heating zone, but the fuzz of the natural fiber itself and the fuzz of the spun yarn are caused by the fact that the yarn feeder 1 is wound multiple times in parallel around the drive roll 6 of the delivery device. By feeding the yarn by sliding, its fluff disappears and it turns into a smooth yarn, and by heating with far infrared rays, the molecular structure of Tetron is changed by allowing the far infrared rays to pass through to the core of Tetron, making it easier to heat. The inside of the material is heated instantaneously, the thermoplastic properties of Tetron are utilized to maintain the heated state, and the material is immediately untwisted and air cooled, so a strong shrinkage torque is generated latently.

When the fabric is boiled, the natural fiber becomes softer, so the treatment system 1 of the present invention shrinks significantly due to its own latent shrinkage torque and the strong latent shrinkage torque of Tetron, which has thermoplasticity. The fabric becomes a stretchable fabric.

The water conveying device shown in the drawing has a fixed guide roll 6' made of ceramic with a small diameter and a drive roll 6 with a large diameter arranged side by side.
By passing the yarn feed 1 around the fixed guide roll 6' from 0 and rubbing it, air is expelled from the yarn core of the natural fiber to improve the heating effect.

Furthermore, if the tension adjustment device 8 with a buffering effect is provided, the upper spinner bodies 3 that prevent yarn breakage are disposed above and below, and one spinner body 3 is sufficient without providing the heating device C between them. Since it exerts a buffering effect so that a constant tension is always applied, a good product that shrinks uniformly without yarn breakage can be obtained.

In addition, the twisting between the upper spinner body 3 and the lower spinner body 3 is not untwisted, and the twisting is stopped while remaining in the heating zone, and the twisting is stopped only after passing through the upper spinner body 3.

Various structures can be adopted for the heating device C in the drawing, but it is preferable to use an electromagnetic wave heater of the type in which a heater n that generates far infrared rays is built into the tube wall, and the yarn feeder 1 passes through the center of the tube. A method may also be used in which the yarn feed l is caused to pass through a far infrared heater in contact with it.

As shown in Fig. 2, an oil heating tube 25 is provided inside the case sleeve, oil heated to a constant temperature is passed through this heating tube 25, and the yarn feeding tube 1 is brought into contact with this oil heating tube 25. The spinner device d in the drawings has a belt 1 as shown in FIG.
8 are in pressure contact with each other, and a bearing cylinder 29 is installed on the upper part of the spindle 20, which rotates at high speed while being supported by a holding cylinder 31 containing a bearing.
Bearings 28-28' are installed in an upright position facing each other, and the bearings 28-28'
The spinner 19, which has a Tsuzumi-shaped thread receiving recessed part 19°, is rotated by the spinner 19, which has a Tsuzumi-shaped thread receiving recessed part 19°, through the bearing blades so as not to make noise and to ensure smooth rotation by the spinner 10. above the center of the spindle 20, the yarn feeder 1 is placed in the yarn receiving recess 19° of the spinner 19
The structure in which the spindles 10 and 10 degrees are eccentrically arranged so that the yarn is wound around the yarn prevents the weak natural fibers from breaking and reduces needle thread wobbling.

The winding device FLE shown in the drawing consists of a winding cylinder 4, its surface roller A, and its surf ace roller 35, and is configured to increase or decrease the rotational speed of the winding roller U or drive the belt sliding. If the rotational speed of the spindle 20 is increased or decreased by increasing or decreasing the speed, the degree of heating and untwisting by the spinner body 3 will differ, and as a result, the degree of shrinkage can also be varied.

If the feeding yarn 1 is thick, it is strong, and if it is thin, the resistance is low, so a dry method without adding water to the water tank 37 is fine, but if it is medium-thin, the resistance is large and the thread is likely to break, so water is added to the water tank 37. A wet method, in which the material is poured and heated with water, is preferable because fluffing can be done better.

Furthermore, if natural fibers immersed in a protein solution are used, or if the protein solution is stored in the water storage tank 87 and the protein solution is attached during yarn feeding, the protein of the natural fiber itself and the attached protein are combined, and the simple shrinkage of the present invention Not only does it have latent sexual torque, but when immersed in hot water or exposed to steam, it retains the memory of being heated during pretreatment and shrinks according to the degree of heating, even though it looks like a normal natural fiber. Even if you put a shrunk thing in water and it stretches, if you dry it without applying tension, it will remember the memory of when it shrunk and return to its original shrunken state, and if you put the shrunken thing in water again and put tension on it, When dried, it changes into a natural fiber memory shape yarn that remembers its memory before shrinking and returns to a state close to its original state before shrinking, and together with the modification of synthetic fibers, it has even better elasticity. .

[Scope of Claims] 1. A blended yarn or intertwisted yarn of natural fibers and synthetic fibers that is held in a yarn that does not shrink by sizing treatment and has elasticity that shrinks into a curled state by removing the size. 2. A blended yarn of natural fibers and polyester synthetic fibers or a twisted yarn of natural fibers and polyester synthetic fibers that are continuously fed is heated and untwisted through a rotating spinner body, and then wound into a winding cylinder. 2. The blended yarn of stretchable natural fibers and synthetic fibers according to claim 1, wherein the yarn is heated with a heating cylinder on the heating zone side, and the wound treated system is subjected to a sizing treatment and then rewound. Or a method for producing intertwisted yarn. 3. A yarn feeding device a provided with a yarn feeding bobbin, a feeding device b provided above the feeding device a, in which the yarn is wound in parallel and a combination of a drive roll and a guide roll, and a feeding device b provided above the feeding device b. a heating device c that heats the fed yarn passing through the center of a heating cylinder by irradiating far infrared rays; and a rotationally driven spinner body in which a roller-shaped spinner is rotatably installed above the heating device c. A blended yarn of natural fibers and synthetic fibers having elasticity, characterized by comprising a spinner device d combining a spindle and a drive belt, and a winding device e having a winding cylinder provided above the spinner body. Twisted yarn and its manufacturing equipment.
