第１図は、本考案を実施した小馬力永久磁石直
流電動機の分解斜視図である。第２図は、第１図
の電動機の薄板スタツクを示した分解斜視図であ
る。 １０……鋼製ケース、１２，１５……ベアリン
グ、１４……エンドキヤツプ、１９……シヤフト
、２０……整流子、２１……電機子。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 巻線を保持する薄板スタツクを有し、前記
    スタツクが、積み重ねられた複数の鋼製薄板及び
    電気的に絶縁する材料でできた端部薄板を包含し
    、前記スタツクが、高温に耐えるポリマーコーテ
    イングで被覆されている、電動機に用いる電機子
    。 (2) 前記コーテイングがエポキシ樹脂塗料であ
    る請求項(1)記載の電機子。 (3) 前記端部薄板が高温に耐えるプラスチツク
    材料でできている請求項(1)あるいは(2)に記載の
    電機子。 (4) 前記端部薄板が繊維で満たされたフエノー
    ル系材料でできている請求項(3)記載の電機子。 (5) 前記端部薄板の外側の直径が前記鋼製薄板
    の外側の直径よりも小さい請求項(1)乃至請求項(
    4)のいずれかに記載の電機子。 (6) 前記薄板の各々が中央のハブから外側に延
    びるマツシユルーム状の断面のアームを包含し、
    前記スタツクの軸線に沿つてみた場合に、前記端
    部薄板のアームのステムの幅が前記鋼製薄板のア
    ームのステムの幅と等しい請求項(1)乃至請求項(
    5)のいずれかに記載の電機子。 (7) 永久磁石を保持する深絞り加工された缶状
    の鋼製ケース、ブラシギアを保持して前記ケース
    を閉じているエンドキヤツプ、並びに前記エンド
    キヤツプとケースにあるベアリングに取付けられ
    ているシヤフトと前記シヤフトにしつかり取付け
    られた電機子及び整流子とを包含する回転子を包
    含し、前記電機子が、積み重ねられた複数の鋼製
    薄板と電気的に絶縁する材料でできた端部薄板と
    を包含し、前記スタツクが、高温に耐えるポリマ
    ーコーテイングで被覆されている小馬力ＰＭＤＣ
    電動機。
