Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a roller surface effect sufficient frictional force and stably feed a recording paper by projecting out a part of hard film on the surface by means of corrosion. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a soft metal body (e.g., aluminum alloy) 4 is coated with a thin-wall metal film 5 having a property harder than the soft metal body 4 and then formed into a fine lump shape. This fine-lump shaped fine particle body 2 is mixed with a fine lump body 3 of a separately prepared same soft metal body and heated and compressed to be molded into a roller shape 1. The molded surface is corroded to expose only the hard material 5. As a result, the surface of the roller 1 can effect high frictional force, to stably feed a record paper used for OA equipment, etc.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in such conventional technology, although there has been great progress in improving durability because the ceramic is hard like the above-mentioned ceramic, when it is melted as a material, at the same time The difference in specific gravity is too large compared to the metal or other material to be mixed, and as a result, there is a problem that the ceramic tends to be biased to one position during mixing, and uniform dispersion cannot be expected.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention was developed to effectively solve the conventional problems, and includes a soft metal body having a surface harder than the soft metal body. After being coated with a thin metal film, it is made into a fine lump, and 1) The fine powder that has been made into a fine lump is mixed with a separately prepared fine lump of the same soft metal body and heated and compressed to form a roll shape. The present invention also provides a paper feeding roll that exhibits high friction by exposing only the hard material by corroding the molded surface.

[Function J] In order to obtain high friction, the present invention exposes a hard material on the surface of the roll, and as a means to do so, a part of the hard material υ is made to protrude from the surface by corrosion. As a result, the hard covering ring produces the effect of increasing blood pressure, and the hard part is less likely to fall off.

That is, on the surface of a soft metal body 4 such as aluminum,
After chemically or electrochemically coating a thin metal coating 5 having properties harder than the aluminum metal body 4 shown in FIG. , by heating and compressing the fine lump 3 of the same aluminum metal body prepared separately, molding it into the roll shape 1 of the required shape, and chemically reaction corroding the molded surface. Only the hard material 5 is exposed from the surface of the roll 1.

[Effects of the Invention] As shown in f= below, in order to obtain high friction in the paper feed roll according to the present invention, a hard material is exposed on the roll surface. By making the part protrude from the surface to obtain resistance at the cut surface of the surface, the part of the hard coating that comes into contact with the paper surface receives it at the edge, and therefore the surface pressure is evenly received and the paper surface is It can be sent out stably without being damaged.
