【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は荷役に使用される底開き型フレキシブ
ルコンテナの改良に関するもので、簡便かつ確実
な締結バンドの採用により荷役作業の合理化を目

〈従来の技術〉 フレキシブルコンテナをはじめとする荷役に使
用される装置や器具には、締結を必要とする部分
に、日カンや各種のフツク類が使用されている。
なかでも、締付け許容範囲の大な点から日カンを
使用する例は多く、底開き型フレキシブルコンテ
ナ（以下単に底開きコンテナという）においても

〈考案が解決しようとする問題点〉 底開きコンテナの日カンによる締付けは、従来
は一端の締付バンドに日カンを固着した構造で、
締付ける際に他端部を日カン中棒から反転させて
くぐらせ、日カン先部枠と締付バンド間で挟んだ
状態となるように締付け操作をする必要があつ
た。また、締付バンドを緩めて解く際には、日カ
ンに挟まれたバンドを手操作により強制的に送り
出す作業をした後に初めて日カンから外すとがで
き、これらの操作はワンタツチで行なえるもので
はないから、特に複数の日カンを備えた底開きコ
ンテナにおいては、荷物の移しかえが容易にもか
かわらず、荷造り時の煩わしさと、能率の上らな

〈問題点を解決するための手段〉 そこで、本考案者は種々検討した結果、胴布と
吊りバンドの各締結端の一端に脱着バンド１ａ
を、他端に引締バンド１ｂを設け、前記脱着バン
ド１ａは日カン２の当接部３をあけて一対の面フ
アスナー４ａ，４ｂを所定の長さに設け、前記引
締バンド１ｂは日カン中棒５をくぐらせて日カン
を保持すると共に端部に日カンの抜止め部６を設
けてなる底開き型フレキシブルコンテナを開発し

〈作用〉 底開きコンテナで荷造りをする場合、胴布や吊

ープとフツクを合せて止めるだけで、他方の日カ
ン側引締バンドの端部を引くと、締めることがで
きると同時に緩まなくなる作用がある。バンドを
解く際にも、単に脱着バンドの面フアスナーを剥
離するだけで簡単に緩む作用があり、何らの労力
を要せずに底開きコンテナを荷物から外すことが

〈実施例〉 以下図面によつて本考案の実施例を詳細に説明

ａ，４ｂを所定の長さに設け、前記引締バンド１
ｂは日カン中棒５をくぐらせて日カンを保持して

９ａ，９ｂには、荷物の対向する２側面を被覆す
ることのできる胴布１０ａ，１０ｂが設けられて
おり、この両側の胴布１０ａ，１０ｂ間を締付け
るために、第１図ａに示した脱着バンド１ａと引
締バンド１ｂがそれぞれ設けられている。荷下ろ
しバンド９ａ，９ｂと十字状に両側へ、荷役時に
全体をクレーンフツクやフオーククリフトで吊る
ための吊りバンド１１ａ，１１ｂが設けられてお
り、その中程にも前記同様の脱着バンド１ａと引
締バンド１ｂがそれぞれ設けられている。したが
つて、荷崩れによる不意の底開きは危険につなが
るのでこれら締結バンドによる荷物の十分な締付
けは、特に重要である。これらによる締付け後の

締バンド１ｂは日カン中棒をくぐらせて日カン２
を保持すると共に、端部に日カンの抜止め部６を
設けたのである。これら一対の締結バンドによつ
て内装胴布１２を締付けた様子を第４図に示し
た。これは第５図に示した梱包状態とする以前に

〈考案の効果〉 本考案の底開きコンテナは以上のような構造で
あるから、ワンタツチで簡単に締付け、荷解き作
業ができる。作業の簡略化が可能となり、底開き
コンテナの荷役取扱いの容易さを更に倍増させる
