横連鎖端子の端子を、電線端部に順次圧着する端
子圧着機に関するものである。従来の前記の端子

という)を押圧すると同時に、接続片を切断し
て、電線端部に端子を圧着する構造が公知であ
る。しかし、順送される連鎖端子の中には形状不
良の圧着片が含まれている為、圧着不良の電線を
発生することがある。即ち、第1図は帯状の接続
片2によつて圧着片1が等ピツチPに並列配列さ
れた横連鎖端子における形状不良のものを例示し
たもので、図において、3Aは裸線部分に圧着す
る圧着片、3Bは被覆部分に圧着する圧着片、4
は板状の雄形接触部を受け入れる雌形接触部であ
る。以上の横連鎖端子において、軸心1′に対し
てθ1の変位角を有する曲り端子A、ピツチP′のピ
ツチ不良端子B、接続片2の端部を番線5で相互
接続した接続片不良端子C、図示実線の正常なU
